We shopped in Mill Valley and online when we moved to wine country and gained more square footage - most of the items inside our house and all of the furniture in our backyard are from West Elm. All I have to do is show them you signed this contract and the payment will go thru” The fact that she said “this happens all the time” is enough proof that they are miss informing members of this fee. I recommend you stay away from this place and try class pass instead! So many great studios to choose from! Great customer service and no surprise fees or rude staff members.
