We went for a tasting, as we found out they have a special selection of wines, specifically fortified wines. John was extremely knowledgeable and had such a great sense of humor. Though staff were helpful with the clean up, their server almost sounded condescending when the younger gentleman asked if it would be possible to get the glass topped up. I understand businesses need to make a profit, however, if the winery is able to waive a wine tasting fee when one purchases a bottle at the wine shop, I was shocked that they couldn’t top up this man’s glass. I asked the men if I had possibly misheard her, but they confirmed my initial interpretation. When they got their bill, which was well over $200, they were still charged for the spilled glass. We were happy to hear that the men did not add a tip as a result. We started out very impressed. We were greeted by the most friendly gentleman, he was both professional and welcoming. We both commented what a nice person he was when we sat down at our table. Not the experience we expected considering we had been to the Burrowing Owl and Hester Creek Vineyards and were treated with such gracious staff. We do visit Osoyoos often and we will definitely try the restaurant again. Hopefully we have better service next time. We had a terrific time from when we stepped through the door, to our tastings, to our wonderful meal at their restaurant. Betty Ann was terrific helping us with our tastings. We sat outside and enjoyed a very casual environment and terrific view as we were allowed to take our time and savour each selection of three wines each. When we were done, we went to the restaurant and enjoyed a wonderful pizza, possibly the best Marguerita pizza we've ever had. This is a compliment since we've eaten pizza in Italy and this was easily just as good. The tomato sauce, the crust, and the mozzarella were incredibly flavorful. Not to mention the views were absolutely astounding. Jamie was our server and he was incredible, great guy, lots of fun. This was one of the best days of our entire 2-week road trip through BC. Thanks to everybody at this location and the staff for making us a really wonderful wine tasting and meal. We bought a full box of wine to show our appreciation!

Arrived for an Easter Sunday egg hunt and live music and we were not disappointed. Loads of thought had been put into a fun hunt and truck ride for the kids (& adults!). Live music was excellent, they have a great stage and the deck area was well protected from the elements. Enjoyed some nice drinks, hot dogs and charcuterie also. Then grabbed a bottle of wine for the evening at home! The staff were really friendly and worked hard to make everything great for all the visitors. Highly recommended.

My Dad treated myself and brother as well as our spouses and kids to a wonderful day. We first got toured around the farm in an awesome old truck, while we learned about their farming practices and we made stops so the kids could check out the animals. When we returned we had a wine tasting with a charcuterie board. Every single wine I tasted was phenomenal! While we did our tasting the kids were able to play on the bounce pillow and visit the animals. After that each couple got to choose a bottle of wine and received all the fixings to cook smokies and s’mores over our own fire pit. It was so nice to do something that catered to both the adults and the kids in the group. Everyone left happy and full. I can’t wait to return in the summer when it’s warm and everything is blooming! We actually met Murray a nice, friendly older gentlemen as he was having something before going out to work in the vineyard. They also have snacks, which I’m sure are great but we didn’t try them. More importantly they have great wines and awesome customer service! We were lucky enough to get one of the front outdoor tables with a clear, unobstructed view of the valley and mountains. The sectionals are so comfortable and this is the best way to taste wine. My wife loves reds, especially their Golden Mile Syrahs! We bought 2 x 2021 Golden Mile Syrah, a 2022 Golden Mile Syrah and a 2024 Rose which we both like. They also have good whites that I like but I had enough back home so I didn’t need anymore. They also have a lovely looking old log cabin they have restored that you can stay in but we have not tried that yet. Come for the great wines and stay for the view!

To preface we went on a long weekend so they were quite busy and I do not blame thier hardworking staff but the service was abysmal and it took 1.5 hours to go through our tasting, being left alone for over 15 minutes between each wine because staff was scrambling to accommodate the rush. We were on a multi stop wine tour and would have preferred to be politely turned away so that we could have visited another winery on the Golden Mile instead, rather than being stuck in limbo while waiting in the hot sun without water or shade. We also enjoyed the welcome wine at the door but didn't realize it's the first wine of both tasting packages they offer, so it doesn't really feel complementary. I'm sure this place is great for a chill afternoon on the patio but it is a bit disappointing in comparison to the other wineries we visited on our trip.

We popped in without a reservation, and despite that, they were able to seat us right away, which was a pleasant surprise. It was an abrupt stop that was not schedualed on our vacation. Needing to kill time before a wedding, we arrived and ended up receiving a private terroir lesson from an absolutely fine gentleman and representative of Jackson Triggs, Jim. The lesson showcased some of the top wines on the Tiggs menu, highlighting how the different regions in the area affect the qualities and traits of the wine. Not only was this a great lesson, but Jim was just fantastic. It felt more like a few people sitting around a dinner table drinking and talking about wine, and at no point rushed or artificial. Me and my girlfriend walked out with a few of our favourite bottles we had tasted, found out Jim comped the lesson and would 100% recommend stopping by if you are in the area. There are a bunch of wineries within a 5 km radius, so plan ahead, enjoy a full day and drive responsibly (don't drink and drive).

There is a wine tasting fee unless you buy some wine then it's waived. We did our tasting on the patio which was very nice scenary. You can clearly see were the wine migrated down their cork on the right where it wasn't properly sealed. Emailed them about issue sending them pictures and they promptly replied saying simply stop for another bottle when up their way. Told them that wasn't possible as we live in Vancouver and don't have reason to travel that way and would appreciate arrangements to have one sent to us or picked up locally here from someone they might sell or represent their wine. If you'd like to find yourself with a $35 bottle of wine that you have to pour down the drain and can't return or exchange then this might be your winery otherwise buy from your local wine store.
