I was told I was being provided with a day of coordinator and my 2 week post op Maid of Honor and my Photographer had to assume that role. The coordinator didn’t know what time my ceremony was, We had no wine or even water for our first toast and the top tier of my cake was served first, alcohol was only put on ice 45 minutes before it started being served. My guests had no idea where the cocktail snacks or cake was. In all reality if I didn’t have my MOH and Photographer, our day would have been disastrous. I reached out to voice my concern and was only offered a very generic apology and a top tier cake replacement. When I reached back out I was ignored. Please do yourself a favor if you need a budget friendly venue and don’t choose this one.

We spent every bit of two hours exploring and would have spent longer had we brought a snack. We opted not to do a guided tour although that is an option. We were lucky enough to get to hear all about the Triceratops head they excavated in Montana and all the hard work that goes into casting the head for transport, the transport process back to TN, and then the delicate task of cleaning, gluing, and casting of missing pieces to be able to display it.
