She said "if you finish in 6 minutes." I know that obviously you were clueless to the question I asked. I then went to the front desk to ask if we could bowl for another hour. She said reservations were completely booked for the night. I asked if the lanes that were empty were broken? She said no they're just all reserved. Pretty empty place for all the lanes to be reserved! We stood outside talking for about 45 minutes, and hardly anybody else walked into the establishment. If you want to waste your money, sit in a booth, and not care about bowling. Come bowl here. If you actually want to bowl, go elsewhere.

I had pork ribs, turkey and brisket. And yes that is in order of yumminess. I loved the ribs. I ordered 3 and got 5 so that is a bonus. 2 of the ribs were really small and a little crispy but the other 3 were tender, delicious and well seasoned. The turkey was tender and good with a slight Smokey flavor. Now everything about the brisket was fantastic except the flavor. It was tender, moist and the seasoning on the exterior of the cut but it was good but the actual meat was missing a good smokey flavor. Finally the bbq sauce was mid. Basically ketchup with pepper in it. Not impressed with the sauce. So hopefully it was an off day for the brisket and you have a better experience.

Unfortunately, I think they have passed their prime. Instead of the fine dining establishment they were advertised to be, it looks more like a place that time has forgotten. The baked brie came out after the salad course and had not been properly prepared before wrapping in crust and had a very offputting flavor. The salad course itself was nothing but a small iceberg salad that had been premade a considerable amount of time before. It was watery and chewy. We both went with veal dishes, both of which was undercooked. I had the veal marsala which looked beautiful, but they did not cook the dish long enough to allow the sauce to turn into what makes a marsala sauce magical. It was just uncooked wine. My wife ordered the stuffed veal which was so tough that it shook the table when trying to be cut. They did not braise it enough to allow it to soften. The mashed potatoes were so watery that they had the consistency of library paste. The vegetables that came with the dish were completely undercooked and almost raw as well. To be fair, the bread service with the olive tapenade was really good. I hate to be so negative, but when a restaurant portrays itself as a fine dining establishment, there is some level of expectation from the customer. In my opinion, we were overcharged for a very subpar product. Had the food been decent quality, I think the price would’ve been very fair and would not have complained about the pricing at all. I ended up bringing 2 out of my 3 boys for a late lunch. I had a coupon that was burning a hole in my pocket, so I really had no choice haha. The patty melt was very juicy and tender and the onions were nicely grilled. The bread was buttered and toasted to perfection. I also got to try a bite of my other son’s crispy taco. The taco shell couldn’t have been cooked any better. It had the perfect crunch to it. The meat inside was seasoned well and I’d honestly order them myself next time. Both taco plates came with some Mexican rice as well. It was decent lol. The boys got some free ice cream before we left and they really enjoyed that as well. So I can't comment on atmosphere. Service was great and my pizza was surprisingly great! Crust was fantastic and baked perfectly with a slight char around the edges. Inside is a cozy family owned restaurant and my biggest surprise was that my bottle of Shiner and the frozen glass was the coldest beer I've had in Tyler. The steak was perfect, but the mashed potatoes were a touch dry and a tad garlicky. The rest of the food was done well. I was surprised such a high end establishment had bread pudding, and it was dressed up nicely, but didn't taste any better than one you might buy from a grocery store. In other circumstances, these things wouldn't have been enough to take away the fifth star, but for a place where it's easy to spend $200 on a meal, I expect higher standards. I reiterate though, overall the experience was still positive. I honestly would probably not go back though since there are other options with similar price points, and if I did I'd eat inside even though I prefer outdoor seating.

Overall, very good. Friendly staff that seems endlessly busy however still courteous and helpful. Huge salad bar, with a hot soup type counter. Hot stuff was some bisque, a shrimp dish, beans, mushrooms. So enough varieties to keep your pallet in line. The meats were always hot and also a decent variety. Chicken, lamb, beef, and sausage were all being passed around. Im a rare type person and seems about half were past medium into well done. Even so the seasonings carry through well enough. My advice... take smaller portions so you don't get full before being able to try them all. Price is a bit on the higher end for us however we really enjoyed our dinners. I’ve wanted to try this particular burger from Culture ETX for years, but for reasons that are in the past, I have chosen not to. As soon as I walked in I was politely told I could sit wherever I’d like. I chose a little table at the back of the restaurant. A very kind and personable waitress showed up to my table and took my drink order. She arrived a few minutes later with my water and I told her I already knew what I wanted. I ordered “The Cow Tipper” with a side of fries. I asked if they cooked the burgers to a specific temp and she replied with medium rare, but I could get it cooked differently if I wanted to. I told her medium rare was perfect. About 10 minutes went by and she brought me out something that damn near left me speechless. It was magnificent. After taking one bite, I instantly knew this was the best burger I’ve had in my life. The patty was so incredibly juicy and seasoned to perfection. It was covered in tons of melted cheddar, pickles, and mustard on a perfectly toasted bun. I also got a side of their horseradish mayo. It was incredible as well. The fries had such an amazing texture in my opinion. Nice and soft, with just the right amount of crunch. From the great service to the amazing food, I can’t recommend this place enough. The building and location transports you to the 20s. It is an East Texas gem! The omnivores at the table were happy! The steak and crab cakes were delicious and cooked to perfection. I finally got around to trying Prime102. It was easily the best decision I’ve made this year. Every single aspect of our visit was perfect. From the amazing service, to the incredible food. She was nice and explained their food and the desserts which looked absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we didn’t get any dessert but we did try the Tequeños (Basically mozzarella sticks but with bread instead of breading) They were DELICIOUS. The cheese was melty, and we couldn’t even tell that they were deep fried. Perfect for every palate (1 grandma and 3 kids.). After we finished we had to get seconds! Ultimately budget-wise it was about $35 but oh my goodness they were good. The food there is seemingly cooked from scratch. (Which is surprising since we got our food fast.) Good drink selection too. The green sauce was sour at first but the aftertaste makes it worth it. We all loved it and will definitely be going back.

There were vendors that had certain vegetables from their farms which I was cool. Mostly all of them did not have samples to try unless you ask. My wife was able to talk to vendors without problems. The presentation was great and I ordered the chicken Kiepersol that was amazing and crispy as well as you could taste the herbs that marinated the chicken. They ordered the filet mignon burger with sautéed onions, medium rare, and it was cooked perfectly. Overall 10/10 experience, food, service, and affordability.
