Washing machine and drier (powder supplied) was invaluable. Nespresso coffee machine AND plunger supplied. Rooms amazingly clean. Next time would upgrade to spa bath as shower a bit annoying but in the scheme of things not a 'biggie'. So close to town. Parking first in first served, but has mobility parking that we could use. Not much road noise. Our new Nelson favourite motel - is the best motel we've stayed in so far.

Everything here was spot on. The lady who checked me in was delightful- nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless. I was able to wash and dry my super muddy hiking clothes when l got in at 8pm. No charge and no closing hours. There was a parking spot outside of every room so you didn't have to lug your things far at all. Highly recommended this motel. Awesome value for money.

Even the hair dryer was an actual big size hair dryer and not like a miniature toy you get in a lucky packet. 😅 I have OCD and I'm a pain in my own but sometimes 😂 but honestly I have stayed in a few hotels in NZ and this is the best ever. The shower was clean and shinning. For once in my life I actual showered without wearing slops on my feet. We'll done guys. I could go on forever about how convenient the parking is. Right out side your room to the free usage of the laundry. Well done. Big thumbs up to your staff and especially the Housekeeping they certainly have an eye for detail and take pride in their work.

His solution? He suggested we consider investing ANOTHER $2,500 so that they could revamp the pool innards, because, of course, it was the part supplier that was the problem. He said would text me when he came out to look at the problem after Christmas. It is 9 Feb, and I will leave you to guess whether or not he ever came by.
