The staff have all been very helpful from management, Nurses and general support staff. From what I have seen the quality of care and amenities is certainly outstanding and as my wife has been a resident LTC patient for nearly all this past year I can state that this will be a first class facility when fully up and running. The 4 stars will undoubtedly become 5 on my personal move.
