Attended two services at S. Andrew's. The services were fine. However, as new comers we felt very much out of it. My wife is related to people who are buried here but we didn't know if any graves would be identifiable. However, we were in the area, so thought a visit was worthwhile, on the off chance. It is an attractive, simple village church with parts dating back to the 14th Century, according to online research. We were not able to see inside as the church was sensibly locked. Services don't appear to be often and this church is part, apparently, of a group of Welland Valley churches. Did we find the graves? Yes!! The first headstone we came to, ironically. The Dexter family. All in all an interesting visit on a cool and bright, sunny day and worth coming. More research to be done and the site of a later graveyard too.
