The steam room and sauna never work and the employees are miserable most of the time. I've been a member for 7 years and I'm sorry to say this is the end for me. The ridiculous covid rules....like no soap allowed in the showers is the final straw for me..... update Jan 2022. Renewed my membership.. The new management seems to really be turning this place around. Everything is working and clean. Even the employees seem to have better attitudes.

Cardio equipment was recently replaced and each has a TV monitor hooked up to cable. Pretty much never crowded either and staff is super friendly.
