We stopped on the way back for a free swim which was good for those who swim Though we did not get much whales to see nor we could get any dolphins to see. Though the crews tried their best. The advertisement stated sea sickness tablets were going to be offered, this was not the case. A “green card” received to the company via the coastguard before the trip, however it is still the choice of the company on whether or not it is suitable conditions to operate. - ⁠the captain drove straight into a heavy storm, soaking everyone and all our belongings completely. - ⁠the lack of communication from the staff regarding what was happening and why we returned back early was non existent. - ⁠lack of safety information provided to passengers prior to departure. - the lack of information on how the day will go/ offer - hurried onto the boat by staff on our arrival. we arrived with plenty of time ahead of the stated departure time as advertised. I understand that it is not always guaranteed to see wildlife and to have good weather, these factors cannot be helped but can be avoided. Myself and my group have all payed a lot of money for this tour and it was unsafe and not as promised. We were refused a refund of any sort, but offered a free tour for the next day knowing that a storm with even worse weather was on the way. we were unable to do this due to other travel commitments and did not want to go through that experience again. Not worth the £38 each that we payed. For these reasons I am rating one star and I would not recommend.

There didn’t seem to be any focus on safety at all as we did not receive any safety briefing (which felt required!) and the little communication we did receive was not clear. There were many people seated at the front of the boat and some without life jackets, which is completely unacceptable given the conditions and number of people on the boat. As we sailed away from the port the wind and waves increased rapidly and many guests on this overcrowded boat were being sick- no motion sickness tablets were provided in as stated on the tour description, and the guests who felt unwell were treated as inconveniences and handled quite rudely by staff. We didn’t see any whales or dolphins, which is fine as you can’t control nature, but there was no educational information about their general nature, lifestyle or migration patterns to compensate. This experience seemed like a quick cash grab and the tour company did not have any concern for the safety of anyone on the boat- the sensible action would have been to cancel the tour due to the weather conditions, but the company likely proceeded to avoid issuing refunds. Don’t recommend for even the strongest of stomachs, could recommend to those who don’t care for their own lives.

They have spent more than 6 hours in the sea roaming to several directions finding whales. Their service was amazing. That dedication is really appreciated. They are providing really valuable service as much as they can. Staff was so good, kind and very friendly. It was my first experience and I was sick. They were very kind to comfort me.
