Tuvimos que decirle al del restaurante de abajo del hotel haber si conocia al dueño y que le llamase, por favor. Al final aparecio una chica la cual estaba alojada en el hostal y nos abrio la puerta del dormitorio con nuestro codigo de habitacion. 2-Quedamos con el dueño a las 21.30 para contratar una excursion para el dia siguiente (razon por la que cogimos este alojamiento, ya que ofrecen este servicio), y no aparecio. Por lo tanto, no pudimos reservar la visita a los arrozales de Longhi y nos quedamos sin conocerlos. 3- La habitacion era grande, pero la cama no tenia colchon. Al ser tarde y estar cansados del viaje no nos marchamos a otro hotel. Llega a ser una hora razonable y nos hubiesemos ido. 4-Durante nuestra estancia nadie nos ha atendido. Es decir, no sabemos ni quien es el responsable. 5- No habia toallas de ducha, solamente 2 toallas pequeñas de mano, y no pudimos pedir toallas porque no habia nadie. 6-Te hace sentir totalmente abandonado y estafado. El responsable podra desmentir todo lo que digo en la replica a este comentario (igualmente que lo hizo con el otro huesped al comentar que no habia colchon en la cama), y yo no podre contestarle. Pero es totalmente cierto lo que digo. Aun asi, resultaria gracioso que este haya sido la primera y unica vez que tuviesemos comunicacion entre nosotros. Resulta paradojico. Cuando me pregunten que ha sido lo peor de mi estancia durante 30 dias China, dire, sin dudarlo, que este lugar. Si estais pensando en reservar este alojamiento, buscar otro. Yo no volveria jamas.
