I wrote to the hotel a few days prior and asked for a quiet room due to an illness that is triggered by poor sleep. For one, the reception and bar staff were absolutely amazing, always were greeted by a smile and hello. The housekeeping were very friendly when we passed them in the hallway. AC was working well and kept us cool. Mini fridge is also provided! Location is great! Only 10-20 min walk to town depending where you wanna go. And only a 5 or so minute walk to the nearest beach! Pool was lovely and the bar was superb with their drinks! I would absolutely stay here again if I come back to Chania. Everyone was so nice especially the nights guys who helped us with our taxi a few times! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! 🙂

The hotel is absolutely beautiful - great location at the center of the Chania and therefore close to all major sites, restaurants, shops and the local bus terminal for trips. The interior is stunning with lovely decoration, just like you see on the pictures so that you immediately feel comfortable. But why not tell us that it's so noisy so we could actually have done something about it, like get some earplugs or something? Also when we came back from our morning out in Chania at 2PM, the room hadn't been cleaned yet which meant that we were only able to rest for 25 minutes before they came and knocked on the door asking to clean, DESPITE us asking for an hour to get some rest (having slept for 1.5h the previous night). The hotel itself is kinda cute, but not being able to sleep because you can hear either literally every car/bike going by, or people shouting at 5am in the morning on Saturday and moving furniture and equipment around is ridiculous (again, wouldn't have been an issue if the windows kept some noise out). Otherwise, the location is very nice in the old town of Chania, with lots of restaurants and the port/lighthouse area being very close by.

The flat is very modern, spacious and airy, ideally position in Chania, stone's throw away by foot from everywhere, supermarkets, restaurants, Venecian harbour, beach, you name it. It is better than the photos and we could not fault it in any way . George ( the owner ) was so very helpful and kind .Giving us suggestions of places to visit and beautiful drives through stunning gorges . Nothing was too much trouble for him , he even went to the fish market to get some delicious fresh fish for the BBQ . The Villa has literally everything you might need on holiday even down to toothbrushes & toothpaste ! . I have stayed in many villas and I really couldn’t find anything missing with this one. The pool is lovely and we found it just the right temperature to allow us to cool off with the added extra of the jacuzzi. There is no shallow end but steps allow easy access. We had a really lovely time at the Villa and enjoyed the proximity to the beaches which were 3 mins drive away and also the multiple supermarkets also very close by . It really is an ideal spot and I would highly recommend it . We will certainly be back .
