The large noodle is way better than the thin one, the pork chashu is very tender(almost melting in your mouth), and the broth is very flavourful. My con is that is was just a tiny bit salty to my liking but otherwise very flavourful. Staff is the usual Japanese welcoming and very accommodating if you have small children with you. This time around when I went thru had changed the menu abit, they didn't have the beef ribs which were one of my faves. But they still have some yummy food. Karaage was tasty and reasonably priced. They have a great variety of different Ramen dishes which is cool. I first tried the Plaza ramen: the toppings, the meat portion and egg were top notch. Noodles were cooked nicely but the texture itself was just okay. As for their tonkotsu broth, it is rich and flavorful but way too salty which kind of compromises the whole experience. I then tried their Tokyo ramen and yet again, I felt the same way: each component of the dish tastes good on itself, but the elements just don’t come together as they should. And as always, the brussels sprouts are to die for, we had to order it 4x for the whole table. We were a group of 7 with babies and we luckily had a table available. I’d suggest booking a reservation because the restaurant is not that big with limited places. They allowed kids inside but we didn’t get any high-chairs or boosters, which wasn’t really a problem since our babies can seat up by themselves.
