The toasted sesame seeds, white pepper, Szechuan pepper, etc. The chili oil was delicious and nothing was overly seasoned or spicy. My favorite thing that I had was the mushrooms. The texture and taste were such a treat. I would love to come back here if I ever found myself in Copenhagen again. 10/10 recommend. The only thing I did not like was our waitress. She kept trying to suggest things we did not want (we already knew what we wanted) or tried to dissuade me from getting the dessert I wanted because it was not enough to share. My cocktail was outstanding and they let my wife try a couple of wine tastings until she found something she liked. The food was sooo tasty. As others mention the menu is extremely extremely limited and comparing Al la carte to the prefixed, it was the same exact options. The prefixed was more expensive then Al la carte with the same options and the waiter said the sizes were bigger Al la carte. The mushroom ones remain my favourite, they have such great flavours. 12 dumplings and a side is the perfect meal size. The service and atmosphere was okay but nothing memorable. I didn't find that an issue though as the concept seems kind of fast paced and that's okay, I was there for the food and that definitely didn't disappoint.
