She then says “no tip?” In which I wasn’t going to tip because of the experience we just had but my boyfriend did. Overall, is it worth the $60 each? No. Maybe $30 each for the extreme unprofessionalism. Getting my money back wouldn’t be enough. I want my time back as well.

Hopefully this review will help people understand what to expect. It was not at all what I expected but it was much better! I’m used to traditional American style massages. When you go in it’s got a doctor office kind of feel. You have to fill out a form explaining the pain and symptoms you have. Marie was my massage lady. The first 15 minutes I wasn’t so sure if I was loving it. Probably because I was so tense it felt like it would never get to the feel good part. I have fibromyalgia, which makes everything hurt. Once she loosened me all up she really focused on my sore spots. She didn’t talk unless I talked to her which was great because I like it quiet. I was surprised that she was on the table too for most of the massage. The last 15 minutes she spent stretching me all out, which was great. She used something like icy hot on my back and used hot towels after to wipe it all off. Here’s a slight warning for anyone not knowing how it will be... it’s not for people who are physically shy! I was just in underwear and a few of the stretches involved her moving me into odd positions. Ladies, be prepared to have your top half exposed a bit. It was very professional though and I feel about a million times better now. I’ll be back on a regular basis.

Marie used her knees and forearms to knead out everything in my body that hot baths, store bought muscle rubs, and over the counter pain medication could not alleviate. She is a true professional and knowledgeable about body mechanics. I was in agony every single day before I visited and now I feel wonerful . My body feels 19 years old again and limber. Marie used some kind of rub or oil that had a slight heat and pleasant smell, much better then the Ben Gay I had been using. She also used some strangle technique where she pressed on certain points in my ankle and I felt a release of numbness in my feet with instant relief. Amazing!
