吉隆坡的50个最佳可颂点

去年七月，跟着IG的推荐来过一次，当时大排长龙——时隔九个月后再来，居然还是一样，早八已经满座。 短期不打算再来，所以一次过点了比较感兴趣的Big Breakfast和Portobello Danish。 相比上一次过脆的牛角包，这一次的Danish感觉有了变化——外皮酥而微脆，层次分明，同时口感保持湿润，特别合我的口味 #这几年经常吃到脆到发干的酥皮；而上面的portobello被烤去水分后，告别草腥味 剩下菌香，和酥皮的油脂融在一起。 另外，Big Breakfast的滑蛋，如果单说质感texture的话，应该是我吃过最好的滑蛋，照片估计也看得出来；其他材料的口感也都很好。 不过口感好归好，调味有些不如人意，单调（盐巴、胡椒）之余，还相当不均匀。作为喜欢清淡原味的人来说，这样的调味未见发挥了食材本身的美味，与其说是返璞归真的减法，个人感觉更像懒惰。 至于咖啡，虽然这家店的前身是以咖啡为卖点，但已经不再是其优势（甚至是弱势）——这么小的一杯，店员说是double shot，但果香居然只是孱弱地在牛奶中探出个头。 同类型咖啡 在the Hub或附近的Extraction，甚至它姐妹分行One Half，都强了不少。#想尝试portobelloDanish而不想排队的可以去OneHalf 总的来说，食物不错，但价位同样比外头高出不少（上面说的Danish要RM16）。如果单说味道和诚意，我是觉得还有很多努力运营、优秀而性价比高得多的咖啡厅更值得推荐和造访。

环境很优美舒适，法式面包烤得感觉有点硬，如果不习惯吃法式面包的人切面包要有点耐心，茶泡的不错，服务员态度非常好，整体食物价钱不便宜。

抵达贵店。。现场看到有两人排队~向店员询问了解要等多久。。对方说不确定。。要看客人用餐进度。。后面也补充说每桌用餐时间为45分钟~过后make了 reservation for 4个人~结果。。等了将近两小时~总于有位子了。。scan了。。进去了。。但却被告知。。四人桌子没有。。必须分开坐😒看了看周围。。有好几桌。。在我们make reservation之前。。已经在里面了。。用餐时间超过两小时~sop规定的用餐时间？不会善意提醒客人用餐时间？reservation 4个人。。很明显是要坐在一起。。不能的话。。也起码分两张桌子。。坐在两隔壁。。而不是两个坐在东。。两个坐在西~无言到极点！

Then I started with the pastries first having the savoury one. The mushroom and egg is a good combination which I liked, it tastes decent but the more I ate the more it felt like a quiche to me. The lemon meringue tart was good, the best among the 3. I loved the sourness and was a slight kick for a wake me up and the loved the freshness of it. Meringue was good and not overly sweet. I had high expectations for the almond croissant but turned out to be disappointing. Couldn't really taste much of the almond except for those sprinkled at the top. It was pretty generous. However the cream inside was more of like custard so kinda got a wrong name for it, just calling it an almond croissant is like giving false hopes. Although the quality might have changed compared to the past(partially my appetite has been spoilt from better options of croissants these days 🤷) but I would still come for the vibe. It's such a great place to chill for a coffee with a view of KL skyline, even more so on a rainy day.

Cornerlot and they have so much space. Its french theme bakery. They have lots of seats- indoor and outdoor! But they often close the outdoor part, not enough staff kot. Dont buy the macchiato it was not good hahaa sorry im a coffee lover🥹the toilet just a walk away-walk straight from back door (just 1 min i think). Been having that since the late 80's at Jaya Supermarket sec14 Petaling Jaya way back then. Now with a new concept, they have another branch and its big, its spacious, it's beautiful and the menu seems never ending. Located at the far end of Publika it boasts some nice seating places and the new menu is plentiful. There's the open concept bakery where you can see them bake the pastries or prepare your food. I wanted a big breakfast thingy but they don't have it. I was torn between taking a few items like seafood croissant and a Danish pastry but decided to have the eggs benedict on chicken slice with baby spinach seated on an English muffin and my cafe latte. The eggs were done nicely with some runny yolk for one or the eggs. The other was just soft but not runny. The hollandaise sauce could use with some more seasoning. Yes I know that unsalted butter should be used but, nothing wrong with a pinch more salt and pepper. The whole thing was bland to my liking except for the lightly toasted muffin. The cafe latte was exceptionally good. I'll come back for the cafe latte and perhaps other pastries but not the overpriced eggs benedict. Service was friendly and prompt and they were accomodating to guests request and orders at the table service. Love the decor and ambiance though.
