I complained to Stayvista and they handed my case to Mr Dominic who was of no use. The manager at the location, Alex, was of no use either. When we come for a vacation with Stayvista we expect some degree of hospitality, we could’ve booked a 5 star or villa from some other platform for way cheaper, but we wanted hospitality which we did not get. The towels were coarse, glasses chipped, we weren’t even given a menu to choose breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Don’t come if you want a happy and peaceful holiday. Extremely disappointed, would never recommend.

Situated on the steep slopes of Nilgiris in Ooty, this villa has some great views. You have a small tea plantation around the property. The property itself is very beautiful. It has a nice garden and a lawn area for bonfire and barbecue. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind, then this is it. This is not a property for a large number of guests. It’s perfect for 2 to 4 guests, but they can accommodate a total of 6. The property isn’t too big but felt cozy and sufficient. The staff is very helpful. They have facilities for barbecue and bonfire, at additional charges. We opted for simple home cooked meals and the staff ensured that the food was healthy while tingling our taste buds. You will enjoy the place if you appreciate being amongst nature. I would definitely come back for a stay in the future. Improvement areas: 1. The entrance from the main road into the property could be repaired so that it is easier for cars. 2. They do have a TV but they could replace it with a smart TV so that people could login with their own accounts 3. Charging the entire villa on the basis of accommodating 6 people is a bit unfair. They have extra beds but 2 bedrooms. 4. Properties with charges at anything above 15K per night provide either an experience or activities, included in the cost. Property could include a tour or trek around the area, include the bonfire within the booking charges. (Barbecue can of course be additional) Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. Especially because of the lovely view around the villa and the ever helpful staff.
