The staff was very nice and the cabin was clean. The beds were comfy and it was mostly what we expected. We were thinking the cabins would be a little more secluded but you are right on top of your neighbors at this city park. The primitive campers were loud but did quite down after 10. The mini cabins share a porta potty, but at least its a larger ADA compliant one. The bathhouse is very small for the number of sites they have. The women's has 3 showers and 2 toilets and the men's just has one toilet and 2 showers. I got clean, but it was not the best laid out space for sure. It would help a lot to have shelves or somewhere to place things inside and outside the shower stalls. The lake is pretty small; it will take 30 mins to make it all the way around by kayak. It is great they do kayak rentals for those who don't have their own and the price was affordable. We did hike some trails while there and it was fun but we added on an extra 5 miles or so when we took a wrong turn so having the trails clearly marked would help a lot with that. Would be a great day trip but not really a destination if you are looking for a more secluded camping adventure.

Last week, we finally arrived from Dallas to Eureka Springs and the town and hotel were everything I dreamed it would be. The property is stunning. We stayed in the treetop cabin and it was both modern and comfortable. The bed was a dream! I had several services at the spa/salon (mani, pedi, hair, makeup, massage, body treatment) and all were professionally done by folks that were skilled and fun to talk to. A special thanks to my hair dresser, Sarah, who mirrored my inspiration picture precisely, had fun ghost tour stories, and great recommendations! My husband and I agreed that the wedding ceremony went as perfectly as could be expected (we didn't do a rehearsal) and on the part of the hotel, our expectations were exceeded. The hotel's on demand shuttle service to downtown was a wonderful perk that we appreciated. We had our reception dinner at Rogue's Manor, one of the downtown restaurants suggested by the hotel sales coordinator and it was also a fantastic experience from start to finish. The elevators were out during our stay so we unfortunately had to cancel our plan to do the hotel ghost tour due to mobility issues but we will absolutely return for years to come and look forward to trying another time. We stayed in one of the penthouse rooms. The big windows gives you a beautiful (albeit smudged) view of the country. The so-so firm bed meant we woke up early but I was glad because we got to see the sunrise from the little windows in the lofted bedroom of the penthouse. It's clean, the breakfast was great. Just really odd...like Eureka Springs!

Firstly, it's a jaw dropping, beautiful venue! When you walk in, you cannot be prepared for the beautiful foyer and the amazing interior. Every attention has been paid to the detail and the decorating. And the icing on the cake is Jolene and Dana! They are both so sweet and accommodating! We feel like they are personal friends of ours now. Do yourself a favor and check out this venue if you are getting married in Eureka Springs.
