Being Peruvian and an avid food lover I couldn't wait to try the cuisine incorporating Asian flare which is a common element with Peruvian dishes. The atmosphere and service was amazing. I truly felt like I was nestled in Cuzco with the ambiance and authentic smells of Palo Santo in the air. Claudia was our server and she did a fantastic job with service and presentation of all the dishes. I unfortunately had to give the food only 3 stars and I'm hoping it was because it was a Sunday and perhaps the chef was off their game but almost every dish was very salty. We say "the chef must be in love" when dishes are salty because theoretically attention isn't on the food. Here is a recap of what we ordered: Appetizers- volcanic beaches which was a beautiful flavor explosion in every bite, ceviche nikkel which had some of the freshest salmon I've ever tasted, papas huancaina a traditional Peruvian dish woth tender potatoes and good vegetarian option and our last appetizer was hongos bachiche which was a refreshing twist on a mushroom salad with a light cream based sauce. It was complimentary to the other appetizers but again unfortunately all were salty. I can't recall the exact drinks we ordered but had many different ones to try a variety. The wine and "cocktail" selections were all worth sampling. There is no liquor served. They do have beer also. Entrees were the Cordero cusquen̈o which was a delicious rack of lamb. This dish was not salty and I split it with my daughter and it was plenty of food for the both of us to share. The mar y tierra which is a nod to surf and turf was cooked well but the pasta was over done so the creamy sauce was more of a paste. And the last entree we tried was the salmon Italo andino and it was perfect. For dessert we shared the sacred valley and again the presentation was great. Overall I would go back again and try different entrees for the experience and hopefully a better meal. I truly do think the "chef was in love" 💓 and it's worth another visit.

I was surprised to find it was really free, including the free sample taste of 4 of their house made cocktails. These included a Florida Mule, Essential Tonic, Old Fashion, and Tropical Tiki Mix. LOCAL sourced, GRASS fed, ground fresh daily, char grilled burgers is what we ordered. FYI: The "diner" style burgers are thinner "flat griddle top" cooked. We got the thicker "char grilled" burgers, which we highly recommend! We ordered the Black and Blue and Pimento cheese burgers. They were cooked perfectly to our liking. Med-well had just a very faint pink inside like Zaida, our ever so sweet and attentive waitress, explained to us when she inquired about what we liked/"what temperature" as they generally ask nowadays. Two of their burgers were featured on Food Network sometime ago. We see why now after eating here. The sweet potato fries were also the best we've ever had. For dessert, we got the coconut egg custard pie, which had a dollop of whipped cream, a strawberry, and a few blueberries on it. It was good. It's not the best (in our opinion) but good.
