They just were not so flavourful as we had hoped for, the Diavoli was not spicy at all, and the Del Maso tasted mostly like cheese and ham (speck, but it wasn't very flavourful at all, if we wouldn't know it from the menu we'd call it ham), which was disappointingly normal and bland-ish. The olives (on Diavoli) and mushrooms (on Del Maso) felt as if they were unfrozen (because e.g. mushrooms should be smoother, not so squishy, if they are not frozen, and they also didn't give that much flavour).
