Waiting time for just a smoothie is 15mins on top of more waiting around for your food and/or starters. There’s other vegan restaurants that can take the extra foot traffic and busier periods with less hassle than this place. The restaurant was quite full on the day I went, and I would therefore recommend making a reservation from beforehand given the popularity of this place. The restaurant offers a tasting menu which comprises 10-11 courses (including the amuse-bouche courses). The menu changes seasonally and therefore the menu will be different every 3-4 months. For the menu I had, there were like 5-6 starting courses, followed by 3 mains and 2 desserts. All the courses were very well prepared and presented. The veal & beetroot main course was fantastic. The head chef himself came out to serve a couple of courses, and engaged in light-hearted conversation. For drinks, I asked the staff to create a non-alcoholic pairing for me (to go with the courses), and they were kind enough to do so. You can also go for a wine pairing or order a-la-carte drinks. I got 4 different non-alcoholic drinks through my meal as part of the non-alcoholic pairing, and I really enjoyed the drinks. Service was really good and absolutely no complaints there. Overall, it was a very good meal and I would definitely recommend a visit to Amandus for those seeking a good fine-dining experience in Vilnius.

Atmosphere is great, 2 servers for whole place who did an amazing job all the time we were there, running plates and serving the bar! Outdoor space too for warmer evenings or smokers. Interior is of a modern design and really looks great. Food itself was amazing, highly recommend, we both had the chicken and neither have had a better chicken dish anywhere! Only downside is only having the one toilet, so as it got busier, which it did to the point of people actually waiting at bar for a table it's that good, it became a bit of a Waiting game. They have somewhat limited in- and outdoor tables and I suspect they can be very very busy. It’s right next to a park though, so if the weather is nice..! The portion for the wrap was generous for me. There was good balance between the flavoursome “meat” chunks, leafy vegetables, and dressing. If you fit the description of “medium build” “East Asian”, you might want to think about sharing one of these between two people, and have two of the sides. I’m really glad I tried their take on the lemonade. It was fizzy with a nice gently pronounced not-too-sweet fruity taste. The staff were generally friendly but could be quite clumsy - they managed to separately forget some cutleries for me and my drink! Remember to keep track of what you ordered. Therefore ended up visiting this place a couple of times for breakfast during my trip to te city. Tried a few of their coffees (hot and cold) and they were quite good. The cafe also sells baked savoury & sweet items (cakes, pastries, etc.) which I would also recommend to try.
