Ho cenato questa sera al riccio di anacapri. Arrivati ci viene assegnato un tavolo molto indietro. Senza ventole soprastanti e lontano dalla finestra. Faccio notare che sono stata alle 21,30 e il locale alle 21,40 ha cominciato a svuotarsi sensibilmente. In sala tutto si è svolto egregiamente ottimo servizio e cibo ottimo, soprattutto la ragazza bionda che cascatomi il tovagliolo ha prontamente provveduto a rifornirmelo pulito... senza che io dicessi niente , questa è cura del cliente. Quindi l’unico appunto è per chi sta all’ accoglienza… un briciolo di cuore non fa male a nessuno… e se stai all’ accoglienza il tuo lavoro lo dovresti saper gestire soprattutto quando non si spendono 20 euro a testa ….

ECCEZIONALE! Non vedo l’ora di tornare in questo posto. Abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo e al nostro arrivo siamo state accolte dallo staff che ci ha riservato un tavolino per due. This is a breathtaking place to relax and lay back out of the Capri city center buzz, and on our way to the Natural Arch, a beautiful walking experience in our visit to the island. The restaurant is that a perfect location to enjoy the natural view and still enjoy a great meal and wine. The staff was very helpful, and even though we had minor issues in the service with compliments, it was an outstanding stop to recharge with a light and savory meal. We kwamen aan zonder reservering en werden zeer attent geholpen door een meneer die Italiaans (duh), Engels, Frans en Duits sprak! De man lette altijd op of wij iets nodig hadden of niet. This is probably one of the only positive reviews I can leave for Capri.
The service was good — nothing special to highlight, but also nothing negative to say. The staff were professional and polite, and everything was handled smoothly.
The food arrived very quickly, which was nice. As for the dishes themselves, I honestly didn’t find the food particularly special. The prices are extremely high — you’re looking at around €50–€70 just for a starter, which feels excessive.
The steak was reasonably priced at €45, but the portion of vegetables and fries was tiny (for the price) (not a big deal, since they weren’t great anyway). It came with a delicious red wine sauce I had never tried before — really lovely flavor. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked (I asked for medium but got almost well done), although my friend’s steak — also ordered medium — was perfectly cooked, so I suppose it was just bad luck.
Overall, the place is beautiful and the setting under the lemon trees is stunning, but the food doesn’t quite live up to the atmosphere or the price tag.
If I could, I’d rate it 3.5 stars — a 3 feels a bit too harsh, but a 4 a bit too generous — so I’ll go with 4 stars.

가서 식당만 이용하는 선택지도 있으나, 꼭 해변가를 같이 즐기고 오는것을 추천한다.
자연 암벽과 시멘트를 적당히 잘 조합해 만든 인공 해변위에 파라솔에서 태닝하고, 께끗하고 깊은 물에서 수영하는 재미가 정말 쏠쏠하다.
심지어 식당의 가격이나 맛 또한 상당히 좋아 기분좋게 식사와 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었다.
다시 가고싶고, 가게된다면 아침 일찍 입장해 하루종일 수영 선탠 음식 디저트 반복하며 시간을 보내고 싶은 곳.

Do not come to this beach club. Complete scam. Waited an hour for the water taxi to the beach club. Tried to call to see if they were coming or not and it was busy every single time we called. Once we finally got there, we were told we have to pay €10 a person for the boat we just waited an hour for. When we saw the spot we were assigned, there were not even enough chairs for us. Just thin towels. We had a reservation for 5 people and there were 2 chairs. You do not get to choose where you sit and they do not let you switch spots. Amazing dinner spot! We had a lovely view of the sunset while eating dinner. This was by far our favorite restaurant during our stay in Capri! We didn’t stay in the Airbnb but it looked cute from the outside.
We were shuttled up to the restaurant, be warned the ride is bumpy but it beats walking by foot! The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout the entire dinner. The view was absolutely stunning and made for great pics.
Sad to say I forgot the name of the pasta dish I had but it was an excellent spicy garlicky spaghetti, this was the highlight of our dinner.
Definitely don’t miss out of this restaurant, make sure to get a reservation in advance!

We came here during a day trip to Capri - it was a bit of a mission for us to get there and back from the dock but they do put on a shuttle to the middle of Anacapri and they can’t control the awful traffic! Food was pleasant especially the pomodores and buffalo mozzarella and service was friendly. Add on a little stroll to the viewing point just down from the restaurant

We had a fabulous meal at this secluded restaurant on the south of the island. They provide a shuttle service from the centre of anacapri so getting there is not an issue. It boasts fantastic views of the sunset which was truly breathtaking. The service and food was second to none and you can see how they are recommended in the Michelin guide. Unable to rate the rooms as we did not stay there but if the restaurant is anything to go on then they would probably be 5 stars too. Incredible meal.

Found this place whilst wondering around Capri on our day trip.
Staff were friendly and attentive, prices are high compared to a few other places on the island however, the food was very good so didn’t mind. We had the black truffle cacio e pepe pasta and basil & pesto gnocchi along with a limoncello spritz. We finished off with a tiramisu and toasted almond ice cream.
All in an all a good experience, tasty food despite the high price tag. Just be prepared for that or ask beforehand if unsure.

This is a 2 star Michelin restaurant and unfortunately didn't live up to expectations.
The service was between good and average depending on who was serving.
I chose from the a la carte menu:
I had a tomatoe soup for entree - €75
Essentially tasted like blended tomatoes 🙄
I had the black cod for main which was nice - €90. But, unfortunately, I’ve had better elsewhere.
My wife was unwell due to some food poisoning the day before so she asked for somwthing very simple. They served her chicken with brocoli and potatoes. The chicken wasn't seasoned, my 8 year old could make something more interesting. The potatoes saturated in butter. Fair enough this wasn't part of their menu but we felt like it was thrown together without any care or consideration.
Finally, the seating is a little interesting. Half the restaurant is table and chairs as you might expect. The other half is sofas and armchairs which is quirky but impractical. The sofa is also a 2 seater sofa that could potentially be shared with the next table, and with not a lot of space inbetween.
Overall, not overly impressed and wouldn't ever go back.

The rest of the food is above average but nothing like the pasta with lemon. It was nice that they brought a cake for us as we are celebrating our anniversary. One of the best dining experiences my husband and I have had not only on Capri, but in all of Italy. The live music was an amazing touch, the ambiance of the restaurant and view was perfect, not to mention the obvious: the food. The food was absolutely incredible. We had the tasting menu. The flavors in each dish were well balanced. They accommodated no problem for my being a pescatarian. The portions and spacing of dishes perfect as well ( my husband and I have found sometimes at michelin restaurants we leave a little hungry or the meal was too long- this was not the case here). They even surprised us with an extra dessert as we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary. The staff was kind and welcoming. Also I now think every restaurant should have a water menu. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, I would travel back to Capri just to eat here again.

We had our best dining experience of the year at Ristorante da Tonino in June while staying in Capri. Food, service, atmosphere, everything contributed to a wonderful night. The tasting menu is definitely worth one if not two Michelin stars, the wine list is utterly impressive (40 items from the Jura region in France for a start!) and the master sommelier was kind enough to offer us a visit of his amazing cellar (30,000 bottles…). Food was good and priced as expected. Most of the table had steak - one person in our party seemed to have a issue with the steak and the staff without question removed it from the bill, asked several time if they wanted another one or something else. Da questa esperienza terrificante si ha motivo di dubitare che le recensioni positive siano autentiche. Più che fidarsi del giudizio sintetico si google occorre chiedere in zona ai residenti quale ristorante è davvero all'altezza di tale nome. Per fortuna prima di partire ci siamo rifatti al Ristorante il Verginiello, ottimo per rapporto qualità prezzo.

My mom and I ordered the homemade pasta with lemon sauce and it was amazing, light, fresh. Nonostante ci fosse tanta gente si udiva solo lo sciabordio delle onde che si infrangevano sui Faraglioni, i gabbiani ed il venticello che lambiva la costa...in una caotica Capri presa d'assalto da orde di turisti non credevo di trovare un luogo così ameno. Servendoci delle scalette che ci hanno condotto direttamente in acqua, abbiamo fatto un bagno in una meravigliosa acqua blu. A pranzo abbiamo mangiato divinamente a base di pesce. Fortemente consigliati i cappellotti ripieni di crostacei con tartarre di gamberi di Mazzaro. Il rientro lo abbiamo fatto via mare direttamente al porto.

Cool place! Better thank I was expecting. We purchased beach club chairs and the views of the Faraglioni rocks were superb and the swimming was amazing. I will say, I wish we would’ve used our restaurant credits at our beach chairs as the restaurant took quite a while. However the menu at the chairs vs the restaurant were very different which was what led us to sit at a table. Also, when being sat for the beach club, an employee essentially asked us to pay him extra euros for him to upgrade our chairs. We did because he led us to a great area (vs where he said we would be if we didn’t). So felt a little slimey but we ended up with great seats so we brushed it off. Overall this beach club was cool!

We had a memorable day in a stunning location. It’s pricy but definetely worth it. If you have to choose one beach club in Capri, choose this one. Food was delicious, views at the lunch were stunning.
Getting there seemed more complicated than it actually is; just get yourself to the marina piccolo (LA CANZONE DEL MARE BEACH CLUB) and they’ll get you to the faraglioni with a boat 10€/person. You get a good view from the sea and it goes back-forth every 30mins.

The food was high quality and simple flavors, but well done. Excellent wine selection as well.
One note, if you are taking a taxi make sure you have a ride scheduled to get back after dinner. We were not able to call or get a cab, which made for a slightly stressful experience.

We would go back to the island of Capri (and the town of Anacapri) JUST to eat here again.
That’s a little dramatic, but this was an unexpected and wonderful meal. The service and atmosphere were good, but the stars of the show were the food and drink. Everything looked great, but this pizza was some of the best we’ve had through our time in Italy and France. It even had a tasteful bit of lemon, making for a deliciously light and crispy lunch.
Recommend adding to your shortlist on your next visit to the island - we felt it was not only delicious, but also a fair value!

We stumbled into Sciué Sciué in Anacapri just before closing for the afternoon and were lucky to grab a table, it was packed, which instantly told us it was worth a try.
We ordered the lemon ravioli, which were dense yet tender with a surprisingly “meaty” bite. Absolutely delicious and definitely a standout dish. We also tried the sausage, eggplant, and cheese pizza, which interestingly comes with no sauce. While the individual ingredients were phenomenal, the eggplant released a lot of water, leaving the dough soggy and taking away from the overall experience.
Service was excellent, our food came out quickly despite the busy atmosphere. The restaurant itself is charming, with a cozy nook surrounded by their garden, creating such a beautiful setting to dine in. We also loved the playful touch of the giant scissors used to cut the pizza, fun and memorable.
Overall, a wonderful spot in Anacapri with unique dishes and great service. The ravioli alone makes it worth a visit!

Only reasons review isnt 5 star is, they won’t let you order Caprese signature dish, Caprese Ravioli to your sun lounger, even though you can order other pasta dishes to your lounger, so don’t know why you can’t order that specific one but you can’t. They say you have the sun lounger until 6pm, so you could go in at 10am and spend 8 hours here theoretically but realistically at 4:30pm they start dismantling the the ramp that goes into the ocean, so you’ll listen to really loud banging on metal with hammer for 30 mins, they take your umberella off you at 4:30pm, so while you have the sun lounger until 6, the umbrella is taken away earlier (the sun is starting to move behind cliffs so it’s not an issue just weird to leave to go to toilet and umberella gone with no notice) and he starts asking everyone to start paying there bill between 4:30pm - 5pm so while you can stay until 6, there actions make it seem like you better leave soon as we want you to go.

Hands down the best lunch of our one-month trip through Italy! Salotto Bohemien served fresh, flavorful food in a lovely setting.

Hidden gem in Capri! We stumbled upon this place during our visit and so glad we did! First of all the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, especially Roberto. He recommended wines based on what we told him we liked. We were just looking for a light lunch/snack and were not disappointed. We stayed at Caesar Augustus for two nights on our honeymoon, and it was an incredible experience. We wished we had stayed for more. While Capri was quite busy, staying in Anacapri at Caesar Augustus was quiet and amazing.
Our room overlooked the sea, offering absolutely breathtaking views. The gym was outside, and though it was small, it had brand-new Technogym equipment. Antonella, who managed everything, was amazing and helped us coordinate a private dinner. The pool area was also fantastic, with great sun coverage, an infinity pool overlooking the water, and excellent poolside dining. Breakfast and dinner were both wonderful, and our room, complete with a balcony, was perfect.

The rooms are a bit dated, as the hotel itself is older, but I believe renovations are planned soon.
