The service was fantastic. They were very attentive throughout the meal and I was greeted warmly upon arrival. Loved the seat they gave me right by the window so I could people watch. We love the expresso drinks made to order but the real star of the show are the desserts. Love the chocolate earthquake cake (must LOVE chocolate) anything pumpkin is awesome. My fave was the coconut cake. All desserts are made daily and serve one. Cookies, cinnamon buns, are awesome too. Cannoli's and Neapolitan are must haves as well. It would have been so easy for the chef to simply wipe those off prior to serving to improve the aesthetic of my plate. My friend ordered the short rib & risotto, and he told me the short rib was the toughest & driest he’s ever had, and his risotto was the same as mine…bad. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because our server was friendly and our food was served in a timely manner. If the service had been worse/slower, this would have been a 1 star meal.

Our server didn't introduce herself and just left us outside after taking our order, just dropped the check off when we had been sitting there and finished with our food for a few minutes. No napkins on the table and if we wanted anything while we were eating we wouldn't get it because I didn't see a server even look in our direction during the time we were there. It seemed that they were all very grumpy we had come in at 8:05, before they close at 9. We made ample time to be considerate and order quickly however the attitude was unwelcoming. It was definitely easy to much on but also nice to have as a snack later. Later for dinner: I went back and sat at the bar. I got the Blackened chicken Caesar salad, I wasn’t disappointed. For dessert I asked my waitress what she recommended and she suggested the Tuxedo bomb. It was sooo good! Mousse covered in chocolate. So delish. They had Live music during dinner time and later in the evening did karaoke. It Has two bars one full liquor the other looked like a wine bar. The only nice thing I can say was the Caesar salad looked & tasted fresh, thankfully because it was all I would eat that night. EVERY dish looked dirty. They all looked like my grandmother’s old porcelain with the rims all stained after 50 years of use. Everything happened in 10 minute increments and in drop & run fashion! I don’t know what the rush was all about. My appetizer, tomato-mozzarella caprese was on another dingy plate. The tomatoes were HOT, giving new meaning to “hothouse tomatoes,” & the mozzarella tasted like cardboard. My Chicken Piccata dinner was on yet another dirty dish. There was barely any pasta & what should have been a bright lemon-butter-wine sauce was just a pool of oil under the noodles. I had to flag down my waitress to ask for grated cheese, hoping it might help. She dropped a little plastic cup on the table of ice-cold, Kraft-style cheese & took off running again. The chicken was SO salty it was inedible. The pasta was greasy. I pushed the whole plate to the far edge of the table so she couldn’t miss it—along with my empty water glass. Within ten minutes of dropping the entrée, she slapped down the bill—without noticing the untouched food or the empty glass and ran off again. She came for the payment, smiling for the first time. This was also the first time she bothered to ask if everything was ok. I told her, “NO! This is swimming in oil, the chicken is so salty I can’t eat it; actually the whole dish is inedible,”. I believe this place can be a gold mine, I love the location and ambiance of the place, but no disrespect to the chef, the food was really lacking.
