Food items reasonably priced. Milkshakes and cocktails are a bit pricey. We were a group of 2 adults and 4 kids. Ordered on their website and the food was even quicker than projected, which was nice. When I went in I was greeted by the hostess and given my food. The staff seems very friendly and ready to help. From what I saw of the location, it was Americana. The food was quite tasty, most notably the smoked wings with the added variety of ranch I purchased. Additionally, I had nachos which could have benefited from a bit more cheese, but the smokey pork was a nice touch. I would definitely want to return to try more of the menu. We had reservations and were attended to upon arrival. We chose to have drinks at the bar first which was not a problem at all. The wine selections are adequate and fairly priced for the pour. The waitress automatically provided ice water without asking us or having us request it. I am a big fan of ice water! So it seemed like the food was sitting in the back waiting to be delivered for quite a while, or therap cook just wasn't that good? It is not obvious right away where to order (there are some signs, yes, but not simple enough), and the menu is in an odd place compared with where you order. Went to the Hilton paid for the same time at less then 1/2 the cost of one night at the lodge. The shuttle back & forth is not worth the heartbreak of my child. Birthdays are hard enough for children who have been orphaned. Hershey Lodge had us all in tears! 😭 this the the least family friendly thing ever. Shame on you Hershey. And don’t even bother with the manager. He’s literally a limp handshake and unsympathetic ear.

Plenty of restaurants, things to do around town, and the rooms were great. The meeting rooms were easy to access during the day. The lodge is gorgeous. They had a fire going and the staff were decorating for Christmas. The staff were wonderful. When you go to the bar, make sure you ask for John or Andrew to make their famous chocolate martini! The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean! To make this hotel even better…. The life guards were the star of the show. Bryce, Nick and Veronica and a few others were absolutely so much fun around the pool. My kids were so happy to interact with them. We definitely felt the kids were safe swimming there. Right after the pool closed the one lifeguard had a race down the water slides with our kids and it made the whole trip for them. They build a bond for sure and are asking to go back and visit the lifeguards! They even gave us some chocolate bars before we left for the night! Give these people a raise!!! We will be back

Went here for a trip with my family. I called the front desk upon getting to my room to ask for a few things that were missing. Front desk said no problem we will send someone right up. I stayed up til 230 am no show. We had a haunted house package that we didnt get to use because our 8pm dinner carried out until 1025 at the chocolatier. I went to guest services at the park to explain the scenario only for them to tell me I had to spend another 100 dollar on the passes again. Even tho we missed it because thier restaurant was so slow. I called the front desk again spoke to a manager and he said he would credit us 150 dollars. That money was never applied to anything and they actually ended up charging us more on our bill. Overall incredibly disappointing. Spent more time on the phone with Hershey staff then I did having fun with my family. Beyond upset with how this vacation went.

I went early and the salsa was fresh. They were very festive with it being Halloween season. I ordered the nachos supreme… these need a lot of work. Diced tomatoes go long way. They give you one half slice of a small tomato. Under that is a bed of lettuce with the rest of the toppings at the bottom. It makes the chips under it soggy I also ordered steak burritos. I ordered Tacos del mar; a steak taco and consommé. The Del Mar tacos were very good. Shrimp was soft, the talapia was tasty with crispy little edges and the fried fish had an excellent crust on it. Not a lot of mean but it was very good. The sauce was good, creamy; spicy and zingy. it did over power the flavor of the taco though. The steak taco was fair to midland. Consommé wasnt bad.
