It is a texture I do not enjoy but it was such a small component of the meal that if you feel the same way this will not really impact your satisfaction. What can I say, it is just my palate. By the dessert courses, I was pretty full any way but I managed to eat all of the thin cookies which gave me another surprise ….I enjoyed the white chocolate one. I generally love dark chocolate, will eat milk chocolate but pass on desserts with a white chocolate base. I was wrong again. This was great. I wish I had photos of all the courses. They were a treat for the eyes not just the stomach. I would go back in heartbeat. This was my best of many great meals in Lima.
