We enjoyed the Kapak Rami menu in mid-March and were served by Rick, who was great. He explained all of the dishes in great detail and was happy to answer all of our questions. He greeted us at the door with an umbrella which was very kind. The food was so creative and unique. Standouts on this menu for us were the corn, the sweet plantain, cuy, and the rose-geranium/plum sorbet, but it was extremely hard to pick favorites. The whole menu was lovely and we left full, but not overly so. It was a generous and satisfying amount of food. The keepsake passport is a clever touch. I have never kept notes while dining out but I will certainly make a habit of it now! Rick finished it with a stamp and a Polaroid photo which ended the experience on a lovely note. We also really loved the music they played and the cocktails were great too. I would highly recommend visiting!
