The venue is well maintained and too pretty. Perfect spot for memorable pictures. The management supported us every step of the way and helped us organise an unforgettable entry for the groom and I. Everyone loved the decorations throughout the venue. A lot of our guests have taken pictures around the venue with the decoration and put the pictures in Facebook. Had we known that the decorations would be brought down immediately after the wedding, we would have planned the shoot before they were taken off. May be some communication gap. Nevertheless, the event was a grand success and soul satisfying with great vibes as if it was done in our own family home. I had booked a day outing on a Saturday ( Dec 21)- total cost of 4K INR for self,wife & kid. Total place was like a construction zone . Not maintained well and garbage all around. One staff was desperately trying to do her best in getting things ready for us. No place to keep your bags etc. Indoor sports room is a dust bowl with their staff working out of there & all sports equipment are either broken or missing ( chess/carrom). All table tennis balls were broken and they did not have a single good one. No proper seating or lighting in that room. Snooker board was also very dirty. Beach access was decent but it is a common beach, not a private one. You may see a crowd from outside smoking there. It was such a bad experience that we did not even wait for lunch . One look at the plates and the smell from kitchen, we packed our bags and left. Surely will not recommend this place.

The bathroom, cupboards and room interiors were all broken. When we complained, the management was rude and simply said they couldn’t do anything about it. Upon entering the gate, you can find the covered parking lot to the left hand side at the back.  I am unsure how many cars can be parked as I did not go that side.  Once you enter the main door, you can find a beautiful infinity wall of waterfall to relax your mind.  There is a huge Ganesha Idol to welcome you to the hall. You can also find a display of dolls to the right or the Ganesha Idol that reminded me of the figurines kept during 'Gollu' The guest has the option of taking the spiral staircase or the lift to the first and second floors. Upon entering the first floor, you can find a long passage way where guests can stand and talk, have a coffee or two in case some counters have been set up, keep a table or two for the mehendi artist to sit or one can simply stand at the window and enjoy the sights of beautiful Chennai as this hall looks over the flyover. This is the area where the 'Unjal' or Swing was kept for the couple to sit while certain rituals were performed. To the right side, you can find the spacious and well lit wedding hall. The stage is located to the right hand side once you enter.  Due to the number of windows, natural light can fall through and the lights are not really needed. I must say this is such a beautiful wedding hall.  The stage is gigantic and both the bride and groom's side have adequate space in their respective places.  The changing room reminded me of a hotel room. It was of a decent size and many people could change at once, there was a bed in case anyone wanted to take rest during the function.  There was an attached bathroom too. The seating arrangement can be done in anyway the host chooses.  In the corner at the back, there is a small stage where the musician and/or orchestra can assemble to play their hearts away during the function. Moving to the 2nd Floor, you will find the dining hall that could accomodate many guests at once, but one would not find it overcrowded because of the way the rows were arranged.  Just like the wedding hall, the dining hall is bright and with AC so you don't have to feel the heat while eating the delicious lunch! There is a sink to wash your hands and what I really liked was the paper towel dispenser kept near by so people could wipe their hands instead of using their own handkerchief. I believe this hall also has a terrace in case you want to host a function at that level. The bathrooms for the guests are located at ground level near the lift. Sree Vaaraham Hall is a nice place to host your special functions and make it more memorable!

As we checked into the room we saw a few dead cockroaches, the next day even by evening room service had not cleaned the room or taken even the dishes etc. The worst part is that it is inside the mall and they'll make you pay for the car parking at mall rates (over 500 per night), they will say it will be free but will state some technicality to deny. Overall, I will never return to this place or recommend it.

This hotel is located inside a clumsy mall. The surroundings are almost deserted.We had a very bad experience. We booked a room on the 2nd of Jun and informed the management that we will check in midnight since our vehicle broke down and we reached near the mall at 2 30 am. We were trying to reach the reception for check in and they dint allow us inside since the mall gate was locked we were wandering arround the mall till 5 am as they informed us that the mall will at 6 am until then we were asked to sit in the car. Despite of calling them in numerable times no one answered. Guests will not be allowed to checkin or get in to the hotel premises late night. After 3 hours of waiting time we had to cancel the stay. Please be beware such hotels. No were in the address it's mentioned it's located in the mall. And it's not safe place to stay
