To get there, we had to pass through a row of massage, beauty, grocery stalls, and a motorcycle parking lot before we could reach this truly hidden restaurant. The open-air restaurant had a tropical bar atmosphere, giving off a French street-side cafe vibe. We immediately ordered onion soup, salad, mixed meat platter, French steak, and duck leg confit. Though the food lacked the finesse of French cuisine, it tasted surprisingly good. The onion soup was rich and flavorful, but it might be too heavy for those who prefer a lighter taste. The soup was not abundant, but the portion was generous. The onions were slowly cooked in butter for at least half an hour to achieve their softness and flavor. So, drinking this soup was definitely worth the price. There's not much to say about the salad, as long as the ingredients are fresh, it's good enough.
