I came here for their lunch special (only weekdays) and was impressed about the quality and size of the portions for only 9.5 euros. It is definitely well priced lunch and also delicious, will definitely return when in Riga next time. Our small group went here for supper the other evening. We visited this restaurant quite some time ago and looked forward to our return. We were greeted kindly by staff and seated near the bar - comfy seats. The waiter took our drink and starters order and had them to our table very quickly. Both the antipasti plate and buratta were very good. We ordered our mains and enjoyed a few drinks while waiting. The waiter (also our bartender) was very friendly. He was suggesting drinks to suit our tastes and took time to explain how they were made. When our mains came out, the first thing to notice was the care taken for the presentation - they looked great. My risotto was rich and delicious, with the rice done perfectly. How good was it? Others at the table ordered one to share after their meal hahahaha. My wife's steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I would have to say everything was perfect at this point. Fortuidously stumbled across this place while searching for "restaurants near me", what a divine inspiration it was. The food was incredible. Casper is a lovely human being and fabulous waiter. He provided recommendations and took very good care of us. Most respect to the Chef, you could tell from his food that he is passionate about what he does. I visited this restaurant for lunch after reading several positive reviews, and I have to admit, the ambiance did make a good first impression. The interior is nicely decorated, with comfortable seating that creates a pleasant atmosphere.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the reputation. I ordered the rabbit leg, which was completely lacking in seasoning and felt bland overall. The portion size was quite small compared to the price, making it feel overpriced for what was offered. The coffee I had afterward was also disappointing… Just average at best.
On top of that, the staff didn’t come across as friendly or welcoming, which added to the underwhelming experience.
Overall, I left surprised at how different my visit was compared to the glowing reviews I’d read beforehand. The ambiance is lovely, but the food and service definitely didn’t match the hype.

3 Pavaru Restorans is a top restaurant to visit in Riga as per multiple online lists. It was also recommended to visit by one of my tour guides. Therefore I made a dinner reservation here during my recent visit to Riga.
There is an a-la-carte and tasting menu here. We went with the tasting menu as it seemed a very good option to try out the various dishes the restaurant has to offer. There are a couple of complimentary amuse bouche courses before the 6-course tasting menu starts. There was also an extra palate cleanser course before the 2 main courses. Among the tasting menu items, my favourite items were the scallop and lamb courses.
Service was fine. For drinks, we just ordered a couple of a-la-carte drinks from the drinks menu. For those interested, there is an alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairing available with the tasting menu too.
In summary, this was a good dining experience. If you are spending 3-4 nights in Riga, this is a good place to choose for dinner during one of the days.

A highlight during my time at Riga. I was lucky enough to score a reservation and had a very early dinner. The space was charming with different sections, food has a modern twist to it (e.g., fish soup had notes of lemongrass to give it that freshness). Wow! What a fantastic restaurant! Put this on your Riga ‘must visit’ list. This is a special occasion, rather than an everyday place but as a treat, it’s reasonably priced. Beyond the view, the experience was much less impressive. The bar felt dated in its layout and atmosphere, with very little energy in the room.

I just came for a drink. The place is located within the Raddison hotel, just take the lift to the 26th floor. You can choose where to sit and a waitress comes to take your order. had dinner here with a few coworkers while staying nearby at the AC Hotel Riga. it’s just a short and convenient walk from the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and we opted to sit outside, which was a great choice on a nice evening.
I ordered the lamb kebab and really enjoyed it, it was flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented. Everyone at the table was happy with their meals, and the entire dining experience was very enjoyable. Space Falafel was a highlight, offering some of the best casual food of the trip. Stacey, who looked after us, gave outstanding service — friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of the food being served.
I liked this Israeli Resturant so much that I went there TWICE for breakfast during my stay at the nearby AC Marriott Riga hotel.
The falafel was crisp on the outside and soft inside, the halloumi was grilled perfectly with that great Sudanese red sauce, and the hummus was smooth with real flavour. Same goes for Babaganouj,

So good! Could rival a New York bagel! Located on the edge of the Old Town and thankfully located opposite my hotel. I went twice for breakfast whilst in Riga. Huge variety including options for those who are vegetarian. Staff are friendly and pleasant. The first time I went I had the Salmon in New York bagel generously filled with salmon, cream cheese, red onion, capers and spinach. Fresh ingredients and perfect with a black coffee. Even the coffee was very good. They also have a selection of fresh juices and power smoothies. I couldn't fault it. The second time I went, I had the Peanut in Jelly Bagel. This was also nice. However, go for one of the savoury options as there is a bigger variety and definitely one of the best bagels I have eaten. They have an English menu as well. This is the big problem, seating! They are very busy but there are limited tables packed close together inside. Really small place with a few more tables outside. I was super lucky and managed to get a table both times within a few minutes. You need to order and pay at the counter. If dining in, the staff will bring your order to you when ready. Some people just ordered and then waited in the hope of getting a table whereas I waited for a table first and then ordered. You can takeout as well. It wasn't that cheap but I was happy to pay, as the bagels were delicious, as was the coffee and service. Very satisfying and filling! Highly recommend.

This is a small sandwich shop serving everything on a bagel. The food is great and reasonably priced. I've been here 3+ times now and the food is always delicious and plenty. I was actually surprised it was so good, definitely beat my expectations.

Incredibly delicious food and extremely friendly people that made you feel right at home! When we first came in from the bitter cold, our lovely waitress even moved the space heater closer to our table and made sure we were warm enough. She also gave us excellent advice on what dishes to try and instructions how to eat the Hačapuri the right way. We were even given an extra glass of Georgian wine so that we could try both the dry and sweet offerings. Excellent service, tasty food, and definitely worth a visit!

This place is amazing 👏 I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to try delicious authentic Georgian cuisine, I had to adžāruli hačapuri and the manager explained how to eat it properly. We were warmly welcomed by the Georgian server/chef who also took the time to explain how to eat the dishes properly (after we asked because it was our first time trying that dish). The food was a delight and filling. Be sure to call and reserve a table in advance because it is a small restaurant and they were busy when we were there.
