We stopped in for a drink and some cake - one of our group had a peppermint tea which was made locally and a lovely vegan croissant warmed up, another had a coffee and a gluten free lemon cake and I had a vegan biscoff and ginger milkshake which was divine. We walked in for brunch as we were just passing by and they happened to be open. We ordered 2 Turkish Breakfasts and it was delicious! Big portions and lots of food. Our waitress was so lovely and accommodating (didn’t catch her name but she had short blonde hair). The food also came out very quickly which was great. It’s a shame I didn’t get to try their full menu but I would definitely recommend their breakfast. Food is halal too which is a bonus.

When I went in the woman behind the til said that they were only doing take away after 9.30 and it was 1 minute to; I said id booked but asked what I could get as take away. Another woman came across and said I could have anything from the menu and when I told her I wanted the duck and she said it would take 15 minutes I should have left then, instead I paid full price for that and squid. I sat in the restaurant, for a bit longer - id wanted to go to the bar next door but didn't when she promised that long. The duck itself was tasty but the way it was presented was buried under a load of lettuce and a few (and i mean a few half mini) potatoes that had been cooked but certainly weren't the crispy ones mentioned on the menu. No other veg just lettuce so not worth the 20£ price.the squid was hot and crisp and a decent size portion but with the attitude, dodgy info and rubbish duck take away I was very disappointed (and fed back so to zizzi themselves and got no response so am even happier to publicly share my disappointment!)

The stuffed crust was doughy and the pan pizza was the most greasy based pizza I have ever eaten, complete waste of money.
