The food was not up to par, if you’re South Asian looking for genuine South Asian Cuisine with spice and masala. This is not it. Albeit tasty and flavourful, we had our food sent back for some spice. It returned back to us, saucier and with coriander yet still no spice. If the food was decent the price paid would be worth it. The mango lassi was watery and needed a hint more of mango. Had the tikka pizza halloumi chips as well as the meaty nachos and a GF pizza as they have an entire separate menu which is great for options. It was opened few years ago I believe but the service and food is excellent. They have got some of the best pizzas you can taste in town. Hot wings, drinks and much more. They also offer delivery with uber eat and deliveroo so you can stay home and with just some few clicks your food will be home with you. They have also got a floor downstairs that's just great to eat, it's really cool and fresh there especially during summer when it's hot, you also get to stay away from the high Street noise. The whole meal was absolutely delicious and the waiter was friendly and helpful. This begs the question as to why it's empty? The one downside is that it states "cash only" but having explained that neither of us carry cash and only had our phones to pay with, the waiter produced a card machine which we used to pay for our meals!! Not sure what the cash only thing is all about when they do have a card machine? Anyway, if you want a good value, tasty meal, with friendly service in a relaxing setting then Al-Bader is the place to go!!

And I ordered 8 hot wings as a plus. I ordered corn on the cob and a side of beans and mash. That my son loves. My chicken fillets were not in the bucket. Chicken dry, not coated properly. Dry burger. I don't normally need to have a drink to swallow after a bite of a burger but I did here and the fries were limp and almost soggy. The staff are ok but don't really se to listen let's say customer service is not they gig. The restaurant was filthy. The bathroom was dirty and the smell from the kitchen was unbearable it really stank and it immediately regretted eating there. The floors were disgusting. The fries were great nicely seasoned, the burger was juicy & cheesy and the milkshake was just right. I had eaten a sandwich before so I had to take my fries with me i asked a server for a takeaway box but received a bag which worked fine. The only thing they could’ve improved on is putting the excess fries in a cup as they were in the bottom of the bag however it didn’t change my rating. The seats were comfortable & the atmosphere was peaceful the music was at the perfect volume. They had many posters & reviews on the walls. In addition, the toilets were clean they are separated one by one which was different & again they were posters & reviews showing how proud they are. I really enjoyed my meal & would come back again. I’d recommend coming to five guys to eat if you’re looking for a good meal!

We called in for our evening meal, and one of us had tasted five guys before, and I hadn't. The restaurant is very modern and presentable. It was also clean. It wasn't busy when we called in so we were served immediately. I believe the perk to going to five guys is; you can have as many toppings on your burger as you want from the big menu. I personally, wasn't impressed with this, even if you had every single topping on your burger, I fail to see how that justifies the inflated costs! If you were to have a soda drink with your meal, its unlimited, i didnt like this either because I only make use of the drink once. It's poured by yourself from a drinks machine which doesn't have ice (basics especially in the summer months!). It cost almost £40 for 2 x burgers and fries with a drink, which is too expensive. The food was nice though. We sat outside to eat and took in the delightful sights of Coventry city centre as we were eating, and it made for an interesting watch! Personally wouldn't visit five guys again, don't understand the hype, the food is okay but nothing special. Order a small fries, as you get a very large portion!

It's difficult to mark out a particular branch as being excellent, as they all have pretty much identical levels of service/food quality. The Coventry one is our regular, and it's just always very, very good. Service with a smile, quick food prep, never had a bad bit of food from them ever.
