We dined at Ciano's at E.B Magalona, which we had a wonderful time. So we decided to try out the in Bacolod City to see the place. The host just had us sat down at the table and gave us a table number without any direction or questions then left and never came back to check on us. We waited for 15-20mins for her to come back with a menu so we could order our meals but with no remarks. There was a buffet going on so we just decided to grab a plate rather than waiting for them to notice us. She either assumed that we were there for the buffet or just too busy looking at her phone. Overall experience is very low.
