I went here with a group of friends and the security were unnecessarily aggressive and physical. Many people in the club were doing shoulder rides so my friend and I did one too. But whilst I was on her shoulders a female security came over and yanked me by my arms to pull me off, making the situation way more dangerous as I would’ve fallen off sideways if it wasn’t for my other friend who caught me. It was completely unnecessary because a warning would’ve sufficed, yet she felt it necessary to pull me off and be extremely aggressive. After, I tried to calmly have a conversation with the bouncers but not a single one would acknowledge me and they shooed me away when I asked to discuss what happened. I was not drunk and being extremely polite - the security staff were just on a complete power trip and were completely unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. I later found out that she acted in a similar manner to many other people for unjustified reasons. Would not recommend this place and suggest that the venue needs to review their selection of security staff and general staff members.

Firstly we were looking for a place to grab a drink and a little bite l and we saw this placqe that looked like a restaurant, I thought why not go here. Lastly the final reason this place has left a bad taste in my mouth was about 5-10 minutes after getting out food, they switched off the heaters and removed the awning! We started getting really good and uncomfortable, we left a few minutes after. Even though a couple of people complied about this happen, they didn't do anything to make it more enjoyable. The quality of the food and the cost was abysmal. The bride to be got the mushroom and spinach toast and ended up puking her ring up from the amount of oil in the food less than two hours after eating and ended up having to leave her own hens night. I was the only person who got the burger which I thought was edible but extremely plain, but the next day I ended up puking and extremely bad diarrhoea for almost two days. Everyone agreed the chips were absolutely gorgeous though The service from the lady with medium to short brown hair in pigtails, she was so so so sweet and kind, she was lovely and bubbly but trying to catch her attention was unbelievably difficult especially when you don’t want to be shouting at staff or hollering for their attention when you can see the staff at the POS system directly chatting away. After the bride to be went home sick I went back to complain and spoke to the manager. I am still waiting to hear back but the experience other than the super lovely waitress who served us was just so bad. Would definitely be back here again for drinks but absolutely under no circumstances any of the ladies who attended the bottomless brunch for the hens would be back for the food. I completely understand that things happen sometimes food can be just dry, plain simply not great and there’s no point in complaining as it is what it is but We had booked this place as the reviews overall were amazing and we were sorely let down. The bride to be hens night was completely ruined because of the quality of the food from this venue and I ended up puking and having severe diarrhoea after eating the burger from here. The machine behind him kept spewing out orders and he did his best to keep on top of everything. I watched as Jasmine tried ask him several times to pour our drinks for the table order but he could only do so much. Enough was enough so I asked to speak with the manager. She was on a break I was informed. Eventually she returned from her break and I explained what had happened. Her response was to blame the faulty equipment and that despite how under pressure the single barman and floor staff were, she was entitled to her 10 minute break. During my time at the bar, I had not set eyes on her for over 25 minutes. I applaud Jasmine and the Bar Man for their composure throughout the chaos but nobody in this day and age should work under such despicable circumstances.
