The parking lot was at full capacity so we parked at the garage. $10.00 for the whole day is a fantastic deal. We were walking distance from every where, quite convenient. We took the chair lift(they also offer a closed in cable car)to the top and it was wonderful(a bit scary[windy day] but worth it). The shops, restaurants( the drinks we ordered were delicious), and activities were adorable. Family friendly galore. I wish I had more time to stay for the evening lights part of the park. I loved the food stands and how each stand had a different type of hot chocolate. It all looked yummy! The drinks and the ice cream made my day! They had a show with elves singing and dancing. As we were leaving the carolers were arriving. There's definitely the feel of the Christmas spirit here. I'd definitely return another time.

Whether you have kids or not, go down the metal slides at the bird houses, it was pretty fast and fun! While you're at it you might as well jump on the rope trampoline too. Where my 1 star review comes in was when we ordered our food and it arrived. We got the chips and salsa first, they brought out 2 types of salsa, regular which was more of a watered down tomato flavor and the second which was "spicy" though there was absolutely no spice to it and tasted purely like chili powder. I got the seasoned beef tacos with rice and refried beans, the beef tacos were fine as they tasted exactly what youd expected nothing special. The rice was the flavor of... chili powder. Still not bad but where we were seated, there appeared to be, what I can assume, an old vent that had been blocked off with wood and my chair kept rolling into it, preventing me from moving my chair as I liked. Still, not terrible, just a minor inconvenience. We ordered the Appalachian Smoked chicken, a salad, and a baked potato for the wife and I to share. The chicken and salad were great. The thousand island dressing is made in house and I promise you wont find better in Gatlinburg! The baked potato could use some work. Maybe season the outside of the skin with some sea salt or other seasoning before baking. Now, the deal breaker for me, and the reason for the negative review is.... this place is potentially stealing from customers. Let me explain. If you look at my pictures, you will see what the prices are on the menu. Notice the Appalachian smoked chicken is $23? I had a glass of wine too at $6.50/ glass. Whe the bill came, as you can see, its higher than the prices listed on the menu. When I brought this to the waitress attention, she said it was "tax". I asked how this could be if there is a separate line for tax further down. Her reply then was, "its Tennessee, thats just the way it is." She also didnt get a manager or anything as requested either to try and understand. This doesnt sit well with me. If there is a charge on the bill that isnt exactly what the menu price says, you should fix it. If you cant fix it, have an explanation for it instead of just saying, "Thats the way it is." It wasnt much higher than what the bill listed the price for, but thats not the point. If they do this on 200 different guest checks per day, how much money are they stealing from customers over the course of the year? I would not recommend this places simply because they are messing with your money. The food is ok, but the fact they upcharge you without explanation is shady business practice and needs to stop immediately! If management sees this and the want to provide a reasonable explanation, id be happy to update my review. Always watch your checks people! Take pictures of the menu before they take them away and compare it with that of your bill! Edit: Owner states its due to their point of sale system and claims the bill is higher when paying with a card vs paying cash. Many places have a policy where the price is more if you pay with a card to offset the fees of the credit card company. Here is the thing tho.... the waitress didnt know how I was paying, didnt ask if paying by cash or card, just brought me the check with the mismatching prices. Im familiar with how POS systems work, and of all the places in Gatlinburg that we have eaten at, yours was the only one different from what the menu said. Something is seriously amiss at Crystelle Creek Restaurant. I think they are stealing from the customers.... just be warned if you choose to eat here.

We're always looking for dog friendly places to go and this one was top notch all the way. Called the night before we went to verify they were in fact dog friendly. The guy who took my call was so nice and helpful it made me want to go right then and there. He explained how we would enter the pub, order our food and go upstairs to sit and eat. UPSTAIRS! You DO NOT have to sit outside with your pup while you eat here! They even have water bowls and a couple food options for the four legged patrons. We got the Frickles (fried pickles shaped like fries) for an appetizer, my daughter had chicken strips and chips, and I had the Scottish Street Melt and chips. The Scottish Street Melt... all I can say is I was doing my Happy Food Dance in my chair. PERFECTLY seasoned patty, crisp fresh onions and peppers, and the CHEESE!!! All on a heavenly buttered and toasted potato roll. The pear cider was one of the best tasting ciders ive ever had and even took a couple bottles to go. A grand experience from start to finish!

I was there on a late May weeknight, easy to park and find a seat on the outdoor patio. I very much enjoyed sitting there by myself for an hour or so. There's a very impressive drinks menu, lots of whiskeys but I am a beer drinker. I started with a Scottish ale on draft, pleasant but a bit watery. It occurs to me that the longtime British slur about American beer (like making love in a canoe) has been reversed in recent years. I moved to an Atlanta IPA, Sweetwater Day trip, much better. For food I tried their scotch egg appetizer, very tasty although needed some Worcestershire sauce to make it a little less bland, then bubble and squeak. My mother used to make it, and I think Google bears me out, this is supposed to be a frying pan dish, corned beef, cabbage and potatoes and anything you have leftover in the fridge. For some reason this was served in a bowl, very soupy. Tasty but not great. But to end upbeat, the service was excellent, I chatted to one of the regulars who was friendly and I am pretty sure if I come to this part of TN again, I'll make an effort to come back.

We arrived and there was plenty of seats. The bourbon list is EXTENSIVE. At least 350. For a small pub in Tennessee it was amazing. We had pretzels and beer cheese, curry fries and a sausage roll (just added to the menu) for starters and all three were so good but the curry was outstanding. The chef - Covy - used his own recipe and after tasting it I had the chicken vindaloo for my main so I could have more curry sauce. The fries were homemade and perfect. My husband is British so he’s a bit of a snob about everything (LOL) but especially about British food and he stated that the shepherds pie was as good as any he’s had back home. The facilities were great. Clean bathrooms and a broad selection of hot and cold concessions. The fields were better than average and plenty of parking for fields 1 - 5. I was told there was a second parking lot for fields 6 & 7 but I must have missed it. Signage for fields 5, 6 & 7 were a little challenging. We were in town for a soccer tournament and it rained most of the day. The fields held up well and we played through it without issue. Tons of dining, lodging, entertainment and retail options within minutes. A great time to be had by all!

It was a nice place to stop while out in the Arts and Crafts community. THE two girls that were working, one behind the bar the other one serving were overwhelmed while we were there but they were running like crazy to keep up they could have used one more person working with them but other than that it was a great place to eat.
