#虽然每一粒字都冇粗口 ,但个态度原全是希望你不要来订的语气。由于我最近想体验香港不同的旅馆关系,所以我两个月来连续住了不少的旅馆。基本上九成的两款也很很好。唯独是这一间 ,还有我于尖沙咀居住的温莎旅馆。我查了一下电话号码,才发现原来这两家是同一个电话号码,意思意思就是同一个管理人 。才发现两次冇礼貌的都是这个客服。
我 :好!唔该!
客服:你俾咩付款方式啊?
我:如果你未扣到我信用卡慨话不如你帮我取消呢个订单啦,我唔想喺度住啦!
客服: 好呀 !
喺呢度我可以分享埋之前尖沙咀温莎旅馆 床既相片,图中白色的已经是床单了,请大家谨慎考虑是否要租住这个集团的旅馆?

I originally intended to view the room in person before making a reservation.
Me: “Hi, may I take a quick look at the room layout before I book?”
(Thinking back now, it’s obvious they refused because the room condition must be poor.)
Phone Staff: “Nope, we don’t allow visits. That’s it. Bye.”
So I had no choice but to book directly. After purchasing, I tried to check in using their electronic system at the entrance, but my booking number couldn’t be found.
(I understand there might be a delay, but I had no idea how long to wait—I don’t work at the hotel. So I called the front desk hoping they could help.)
Me: “Hello, I just made a booking, but the system hasn’t shown my data yet.”
Staff: (Extremely rude and clearly unwilling to help, with a hostile tone)
“You just booked, how could it show up so fast? It takes time!”
There were no swear words, but the tone was unmistakably dismissive—like they didn’t want me to stay there at all.
I’ve been exploring different hotels across Hong Kong over the past two months, and 90% of them have been great. But this one—and the Windsor Guest House in Tsim Sha Tsui—were the exceptions.
After checking the phone number, I realized both places share the same contact info, meaning they’re managed by the same person. No wonder I had rude encounters at both locations—it was the same staff.
Me: “Alright, thanks.”
Staff: “What payment method did you use?”
Me: “If you haven’t charged my credit card yet, please cancel the booking. I don’t want to stay here.”
Staff: “Sure!88”
To top it off, I can share a photo from my stay at Windsor Guest House in Tsim Sha Tsui. The white part in the image is supposed to be the bedsheet. Please think twice before booking any hotel under this group.
