I would definitely recommend this location for small groups who value location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We had heard some of the rooms were small but both of ours were more-than-adequate and even had a cute outdoor balcony. We would definitely stay here again. There's 2 stores and it's close to center so taxi wasn't that expensive . Overall it's really nice experience for it's price and we loved staying here!

The location was brilliant, right on the river above the bars & restaurants (noise doesn’t bother me and we’re night owls but don’t book if you go to bed early/ are a light sleeper as you can hear everything outside) and all the sights are within walking distance. We contacted the owners asking to move rooms and they responded in the morning saying they couldn’t move us but would send someone. They sent housekeeping, who cleaned up about half of the ants (only did main part of the room, they left under table, side of bed, corners of the room) and sprayed ant killer so we returned to find lots of dead ants in the bathroom. It was warmer that day and we tried to use the air conditioner, which was so weak it wasn’t worth having on and we also learned that the lights above the bed came on and off if we walked in front of the fridge (slightly concerning). The shower head was cracked, so water sprayed over the shower screen and across the bathroom. They gave us breakfast vouchers to apologise, the place downstairs are abrupt and wouldn’t tell us what was included (we asked twice and tried to ask when we finished but couldn’t get anyone’s attention and were late for a tour)- they ran after us shouting after we’d left to pay for coffee as ‘only eggs are included’.
