I visit the place just for 5 minutes but it was so nice, that I stayed 45 minutes. Inside you will have different shops of crafts and arts. And all item are hand made. My favourite shop in Manchester. The best menswear you’ll find in Manchester guarantee it. There’s something for everyone, higher end gear, designer, street wear, sports wear, casual and many others. The shop is always decked out for what season we’re in but also have some old season gear in the back. Just have to ask one of the sales assistants who are very helpful and offer the best service that they can, very friendly and understanding. But I can admit it’s gotten better over the past year. So if you’ve not been for a while because of the staff I’d recommend giving it another go because the service has improved a lot! Oversold a record and just put it on backorder and no one in store knew anything. Absolutely insane nonchalant attitude. Ordered a LP Friday night for pick up in store that showed in stock. Got an email 11am Saturday saying this had just been placed on back order (which i know wasnt going to turn up as it was limited) So I just picked it up from elsewhere. When I went into the store I was met with a guy with no customer etiquette what so ever. Just a sort of none caring attitude. I dont even think he cancelled the order and I had to hang around to get more information only to be told it will be dealt with on Monday. So no refund there and then. Opened a paypal dispute in the end and in all of this not one person apologised and they still think they can just put orders on back order for items they'll never get in again. I havent dealt with this store too much because they damage the records they keep in the back and these "New" records are actually graded VG+ at best. PS Also spot the Fake reviews on here from people with reviews all over.

In a world that feels so impersonal, where you order books from Amazon, or find them randomly on charity and trift shops, this place feels like a small fragment of a dissappearing world. The cosy atmosphere and neat selection of books makes looking for a something new to read an immersive experience. I buy (obviously) more books than I can read, and everytime I come here to browse I always end up finding something else to add to the backlog pile. They have a vast selection available but if there's something they don't have they can always order it for you. Also available are plenty of postcards, nice ones, and a large selection of children and youth books, the plushies somehow also feel appropriate and add to the atmosphere. There's an old school boilers providing heating, and honestly I wish they had the space for a small sofa or chair for someone to sit and read a chapter or two, it doesn't need it, and it certainly doesn't have the space for it, but gosh would it be oh so yummy. Definitely stop by if you need a book to read on a rainy weekend or at the local Benito Lounge cafe.

The pieces on display are lovely—original designs, and items you don’t find everywhere else. It’s the kind of shop you want to root for and support. It felt as though they were more interested in making a sale than genuinely assisting me. A friend of mine , who is the not the most confident of people , spend hundreds of hundred of pounds on an outfit which the staff told her was beautiful on her and the colours were great , completely overwhelmed her small frame and the colours were drain her . When she returned to the shop, there was no way she was getting a refund out of them, the owner’s attitude was just awful . If you want genuine advice , go somewhere else.
