Each time the wait for the food has been absolutely insane. Two of the times I have been inside and ordered on the self service section and then you wait for your number to get called. There salt n pepper wings are the best by far, lots of meat on them and very crispy with plenty of taste to them and the portions are great value for money. I have always liked the large Chop Suey home made rolls but found most places made them with too much veg ie bean sprouts etc and not much meat in them. Well this place make there own and OMD they are huge and the meat / veg balance is excellent with large chunks of chicken pork and prawns in them an great value for money. So a portion of S+P wings , 1 Chop suey roll and a portion of curry sauce which is excellent also all for under £10 is a Bargain an very filling. I order on phone in advance with the lovely SUE, she is so nice , polite and friendly an always greets you with a big smile when you walk in. I would "Highly " recommend to anyone to try it. I have also tried lots of their dishes from the menu and the Noodle boxes , everything is very tasty and ive never had a bad meal yet. I now live in Rainhill and still travel to here well worth the trip .

I don't think they've been cleaned in months! . I saw the person in the prep room at the back where the chicken was prepped , touching the brown bags where the naan bread was wrapped without washing his hands.... Their personal hygiene is not managed well too as I could smell one person over curry ! it's sad and very worrying that I've seen this. I can't entertain this place again until I see some reassurance of their cleaning routine in the window plus, staff EH certificates on preparing food. It's an investment that would ensure a successful future. sorry guys , go back to your orig menu/ practices when you first opened.

I just can’t believe that the driver wouldn’t do his job and point blank refused to deliver and then I ended up with freezing cold food 2 hours after working and no sympathy whatsoever. It just hadn't saved an item to the checkout. Called up and an incredibly kind lady helped get everything sorted, combined the two orders. I've ordered delivery from here a couple of times (can't speak for the indoor experience) but the delivery people are very kind and great people. The food for me personally is great, consistently. So the fact I've been using Miami Pizza for about 3.5 years now and I've not looked back says it all! Sure, they're not perfect though (who is?); as with any takeaway, roughly once every 20 orders you'll find 1 thing missing, even if the overall order is small, but this isn't really a big issue; they're friendly when you ring up to inform them. One major issue, however, is that the delivery times are almost always over an hour - around the 80 minutes mark (and I'm about a 3 minute drive from them) - so you have to make sure you order it in advance of when you actually want it. But because the food is that nice, it's worth the wait in my opinion (,otherwise I'd give 4 stars). However, one big plus is that I've never had food arrive cold (that I can remember); which is probably the number one negative feedback takeaways usually have. Personally, I can only vouch for the pizza, garlic bread, chips & donner meat - but they're all very nice! Fish and chips were great portions and tasted amazing, curry's were nice portions too and great taste although the chicken did have many chewy fatty bits and curry's were not labelled so unclear as to which was which. Kebab was huge and the donner meat was gorgeous. Lovely sauces too. Will definitely be back.

Ordered chicken tikka for 7.30pm came at 7.50pm. Tikka very hot and very salty so inedible, rice greasy, bhaji very spicy. Rang and complained offered a replacement. Didn't want to chance another curry so ordered tikka nann and chips. After ringing another 3 times, eventually arranged 9.20pm. In the meantime I'd rung to say it was too late and I wanted a refund. When manager eventually arrived with food he said he'd refund the different if they found anything wrong with the original meal which I'd had to put back in the containers and give him back!! Got completely past wanting to eat by then but was going to have the chips, but they were barely warm and really didnt taste good, whatever they cooked them in wasnt very nice! So much for a treat on a Saturday night! Unbelievable, never known anything like it. Avoid at all cost!!!
