No one got back to me and I continued to email them and send messages on both IG and FB. I was able to ask someone who lives in Kelowna, BC, where this company is located, to go to the store and explain my situation to the staff. The staff told that person they would get the owner to call me the next day. No one called me. I then posted on a FB group asking for help from local Kelowna residents and I assume the owner saw this and I got an email saying my order was cancelled on Aug 2. Just over 3 weeks later from my order date which was July 10th. No reply or anything from the owner regarding any of this. Will never buy from here again! Awful experience with bad communication.

Donated a lot to them multiple times in the past and they acted more bothered than thankful every time and have specific rules to follow. When you go in the store, it's unorganized and cluttered, especially their furniture room which reminds me of people who hoard. I've lived here almost my whole life, and every time I go there it's a chaotic mess and the people aren't the nicest, given I was a bit annoyed too with their rules. If you happen to be walking around and have a backpack, don't bother coming here because they expect you to leave it in an open spot and no guarantee it won't be stolen. Funny how they seem to be worried about theft from a family with kids, but I guess that's to be expected when your shop is in a rough area. It could be handled a lot better (other stores provide safe place for your items) but the prices here over all are not worth it anyway. My dog and I go in the store often in hopes he gets to see his favourite person who is Dylan. We went into their shop looking for a wedding dress for my 89 year YOUNG Mom. They immediately got into the joy and romance of how she found love and was going to have the wedding of her dreams! They were so very helpful and were intuitive making them able to quickly adapt to our every whim. I can't even begin to put into words what excellent service they gave and what lovely people they both are! I would highly recommend shopping at Amni Apparel for any special occasion you have coming up. The dress Mom wanted was 2 sizes too big and we were very disappointed until Lily told us to go to a dressmaker/tailor that she highly recommends. She told us if the dressmaker said she couldn't fix it then we could just bring back the dress. If the dressmaker said she could fix it then we just had to call and tell Lily to put our credit card through. We ended up buying Mom's dress and Mom was absolutely stunning at her wedding! We also returned to Amni Apparel and bought my bride's maid outfit and then returned a third time to buy my lovely wife her outfit after she was asked to be the MC at the wedding. Once again I could not recommend Amni Apparel more highly and a huge thank you to Lily and Amber for helping to make Mom's wedding so beautiful.
