Didn't get off to a good start and hasn't gotten much better. I made the appointment with them because of their advertising in dealing with Medicare. At the time I had been off of ALL of my medication for about 6 to 8 weeks due to a gaff in insurance coverage. I had moved back here from NV in December 2024. I had a 90 day supply of medication that lasted me several months. I turned 65 in February and Medicare started March 1st. Unbeknownst to me, NV paid my Medicare premiums. That meant for me to see a Dr here it was out of network and I would have to pay $215.60 up front to be seen. I had to wait for them to disenroll me there to have coverage here. In the midst of this, I ran out of medication. It finally got done. When I made the appointment I clearly explained my situation, that I desperately needed back on my medication. And I had them check my Medicare/Medicaid coverage to make sure I wouldn't be blindsided and saddled with a big bill. "Oh, everything's fine, your insurance looks good, I don't see any problems", she said. That was NOT true! I was sent a bill for $87 for them to fill out paperwork I could have done myself, with 2 charges still pending. Medicare was charged nearly $300 for their administrative work. I get to the appointment, they had me meet with Brittany. She told me she'd print out a Medicare card for me because I didn't have one. That never happened. I've tried contacting her, not surprised, no response. I go back to see the Dr. The nurse comes in , does the usual stuff, and I give her the list of medications I need. She said, "that's not going to happen today, you'll have to come back for that." I was beside myself. The Dr comes in and they go through all of the stuff I've always filled out myself. I explained that I desperately needed to get back on my medication. Dr's really need to listen to their patients sometimes. Just because we're older, don't treat us like we're stupid and incompetent. She did lab work and a drug screen, on the charge they call it "presumptive". And she said to me, "I don't have to do this." They had me come back to the office a week later before they'd give me the medication I needed. I knew my numbers were bottomed out and I told her so due to the length of time without medication. Go back a month later, lab work again before they would prescribe a 90 day supply. I've dealt with this for freaking 30 years, I have a clue how this works, how I feel, and how my body functions. A week later I get a phone call with lab results. They ordered the 90 day supply. I told the woman I needed syringes. Okay she said, I'll tell them. That never happened either. I ordered them from somewhere else. The 2 Dr's there I like a lot but that's not enough to keep me there if the nonsense continues. The office manager is very nasty and a liar. She bold faced lied to me and told me that something never happened that indeed did. First of all, the medical staff would never have discussed with her what did or didn't happen. She has no need to know that and none of her business. One other incident occurred that I will never ever tolerate again. A girl that answered the phone, don't know if it was a call center or the Dr's office, but she was very condescending and questioned my integrity and character. NEVER again! That's pretty rich coming from people fleecing Medicare for administrative work. I have reported this to the insurance company and reporting it to Medicare. Really need a ZERO option. I'm forced to give it a one when it's really not worthy of that.

There is no worker shortage, just greasy looking retail managers with egos too big for the job they do. I will never shop here and neither should you. I recommend checking out Alice & Wonder down the street. They have nicer looking clothes at a much more reasonable price point and the employees won't make you feel like you're trash. Whoever the owner of this place is really should spend a few days in the shop and re-evaluate their team and the team's social skills because this was a decidedly asocial experience for me. Definitely not normal and totally weird.

I felt like I was playing dress up as Clara brought me different dresses to try on, helped me with decisions, and gave honest feedback. It made shopping so much fun and very relaxing. It was my first time visiting, and as soon as I walked in, they immediately asked to check my work bag which I thought meant just opening and checking it but you have too sit it up on the register . I felt uncomfortable and singled out, as this seemed unnecessary, and I couldn't help but feel like I was being racially profiled because i am black .After handing over my bag, there was no effort to engage with me as a customer. The employees just stood behind the register and didn't offer any help or assistance. Overall, I left feeling disrespected and unhappy with the service.
