They told me I’d have to come in for a replacement instead… but honestly, not interested in getting a replacement when the quality is so subpar and they can’t get their story straight… I mean, they told me the lady had been doing permanent jewelry for years and tried to blame the issue on the fact that it was an anklet, saying I must have been too rough with it… when at the event, the lady was literally shaking so bad she could barely hold the tools steady and claimed she’d only done a couple pieces a jewelry prior, that she was filling in for one of the other ladies… so I politely declined the replacement and asked again for a refund. They then told me they have a no refund policy, they ONLY do replacements… even though they’re selling dollar store garbage as high end quality metal. No thanks. Never doing business with this boutique again. Apparently this must be more common for them than they’re letting on if they can’t afford to refund a couple “oops” of them using old product they KNOW is poor quality. I’m not going to take more time out of my day and spend the gas to drive all the way into Spokane for them to replace a piece of jewelry that they should have never been using in the first place. To our great astonishment only two chairs came. They promised to bring the rest three chairs next month. Again I had to take hours off work to make dozen of calls inquiring about those three chairs. Those chairs were then on sale. They finally agreed to give me a refund of only 200 with a promise to deliver the chairs that month. Two months passed no chairs. I'm asking for a bigger refund. They keep on refusing my inquiry. When I called again a couple of weeks ago the lady told me our chairs are ready I just had to wait for the call from the delivery office. (Same thing I heard dozen of other times.) So I asked to be transfered to Rider Last Mile. (The delivery company. Since the chairs were ready might as well call them myself and schedule. Why wait for the phone call?) When I was transferred a nice lady told me that three months ago they had the chairs and were ready to deliver but Pottery Barn had requested the chairs to be sent back to the wearhouse! I was so upset to hear that! Why was Pottery barn costumer service lying to me all these months promising to deliver when they knew there was no way those chairs would be delivered by that time frame? They promised me I will have my chairs by June 8, 2023. Almost a year from the date I first ordered them. I'm in shock. I know this is a lie and no one wants to help me out with this ridiculous situation.

A little backstory...I have never had to prepare a kid for prom before, and I never had a prom myself, so I was completely unaware of many aspects of the process of prom dress shopping. Unfortunately for me, that meant shopping at the last minute and having no idea of where to go or what we were doing. We came from out of town and checked out 2 stores before Finders Keepers. The first store was great, but they were busy and I wanted to see other selections. We went to the mall next, and after a horrible experience at Lucia's that left us feeling stressed and nervous that we weren't going to be successful, we left and came to Finders Keepers. I was frazzled and tired when we arrived, but as soon as we walked in, the staff was amazing. They bent over backwards to help my daughter find the dress of her dreams on our budget. They asked her a few questions and then got to work. After helping my daughter pull a few dresses, I went and sat down outside the room they set up for her. From then on, it was stress free. The staff not only helped her in and out of dresses, but they immediately went to work scouring the floor for dresses she might like that worked within our budget. After a stressful day, I was able to just relax and watch and take pictures as they did all the work. It was such a wonderful experience. The ladies were encouraging, personable, and incredibly helpful. They removed all the stress from the process and my daughter got there other dress for her. We left as incredibly pleased customers, and we will come here in the future for all of our formal dress needs.

I also had a friend and my mother there to help with getting in and out of dresses. She didn't care. She looked at me funny when I asked for my size, she wouldn't listen when I said I didn't want her in the room with me, even at one point opening the curtain without warning or permission. First of all I came in on Sunday morning around 630am and there was no customers there, which was nice. But I'll come back to that. The barista was polite and made the drink quickly and I paid and everything was great. It was the second day of hoopfest and also my wife's birthday. All she asked for was coffee. So I went and got ice, water, and breakfast for the kids and drove back to our hotel. By the time I got home I had coffee spilled on our new leather seats because the coffee lid was leaking. Not because it wasn't on tight but because there was coffee all up in under the lid. I opened it, used McDonald's napkins to clean the mess and put the lid back on. By the time I got to the room the cup was leaking again--same problem. So the coffee tasted great and she was happy with it but the cup thing was just ridiculous. If you're in the coffee stand business you gotta have the right stuff to make a good product, and leaky cups or lids that are flimsy and don't fit right.. sorry that ain't cutting it. Probably try a different coffee stand next time.

I just found out today that the dog that I rescued was given back to the man that owns this truck who left his dog abandoned in over 100°with no food, no water, and no shelter. I was told that scraps animal control came out earlier and made the choice to just leave the dog chained up in the hot sun that blew my mind that they would do that aren't they there to rescue animals not to kill them or leave them for dead. Scraps told the man the animal is property and he had to give the dog back. So at what point do you take an animal away from someone who is clearly abusing & neglecting them. I am a true animal lover ...I sign petitions every day and I try to donate every month even if it's just $10 or a little bit I don't have much but whatever little I have left I will donate to help animals in need. I'm greatly disappointed in scraps to find out that they would leave an animal this way 2 times. I don't think I'll be adopting my animals from scraps anymore. I will be reviewing my experience with scraps on the better Business bureau. If they're not going to help animals then what good are they for? If you should happen to see this truck with this poor dog tied up again please call Crime Check and maybe they will do something because unfortunately, scraps won't do anything in which I am still trying to wrap my head around the whole logic of it. We are supposed to be stewards for all God's creations, not to hurt them, leave them abandoned or leave them in bad situations or steal them away or put them in tiny little cages nor torture or kill them.
