I told Willow I was driving down ASAP but that it would take me about 45 minutes. Willow told me the store closed at 7:00 but that they were willing to stay late and walk her out to my car when I arrived. I ended up arriving before the store closed and found my mom much more calm in a chair with a glass of water, eating a piece of carrot cake. I spoke to Adrian and Willow who both showed concern, kindness, compassion, empathy and patience. They made an incredibly scary situation so much better. I have not shopped at this store and this review is not related to the sales or selection - it is a 5 star review of the integrity and kindness of these 2 employees. I hope management and/or the owners are able to recognize these 2 as outstanding individuals and employees. They went up and beyond in ways that matter deeply. But the best of all running into one of the employees after hours. She was so friendly, we chatted at the harbor about her love of Salem and the people there. A gorgeous full moon was rising at the harbor and she offered to take our photo with it in the background and helped us find our way back to the next destination. Its a very neat tour and a very cool house and the grounds are SPECTACULAR. It has very little to do with the Salem Witches though. If you like old buildings and historical feeling things, this may be worth it for you. If you skip the house tour your won't be missing anything truly relevant to the trials or Halloween. I do recommend the grounds tour though. Especially if you love a majestic view. The pictures I took do not do it justice. Also, no ghosts were felt or spotted during the tour.

I'm starting to get interested in making my own hair products and this store was very useful and local to where I live to find quality herbs at a reasonable price. I was also greeted by one of the co owners and she was very helpful in giving advice on finding what I needed and for giving information for helpful herbs for my project. All in all, I am rating this store a 5/5 stars because of the great service, welcoming atmosphere, and overall kind energy. They also sell books, candles, bottles to hold your creations, and more. Plus they have tap pay. One final thought, that I brought up to them, is that it would be cool if they sold shea butter there. However, when I brought it up, they said they used to but it would go bad before it could be sold so they stopped selling it. It would also be cool if they sold books on different creations you could make with the herbs especially for hair care related projects or ayurvedic creations. Oh also there is a psychic there that offers services and they regularly hold classes for people on different topics. The main show was immersion and fun. I would recommend seeing it. But the show, "Guilty! A Salem witch trial.", was fantastic. I was afraid the actors might take it too seriously and it would end up being a stuffy production. But I was wrong and it was a blast! And the actor that played the judge did a great job trying to keep the thread going while letting it get silly at times. I haven't laughed so much in a long long time. For the prices here, I’m thoroughly disappointed in today’s service. Especially the not replacing the eclairs that were also in the box with the hair, will probably just throw those away even though I paid for them.

Then that hot dog bun (not an actual hot dog bun I just forgot what it's called) with the cream in it and the lemon filling, really good ratio, the lemon jelly was nice, a little on the sweet side but the tartness helped elevate it and the cream rounded it out. All the rangers we spoke too at each of the sites were great and since many of the places were closed, we would visit again to try and hit more of the sites. Same goes for Salem in general. We only had enough time in our road trip for half a day here and that was just not enough to see everything we wanted to.
