The rooms were cleaned twice daily with bottle of water refills. The hotel's location is close to many tourist spots that is easily accessible. The staff has also been extremely attentive, efficient, and accomodating especially Miss Cat. She had been in correspondence with us throughout the time of our stay - giving us countless of recommendations of where to eat & what to do in Ho Chi Minh City - which is perfect as this is our first time traveling here. She even allowed us to get in touch with the pastry chef, Mr. Tam, who has been making incredible sour dough bread every day for breakfast. Additionally, Miss Ngoc had also been pleasant to speak with as she handled many of the tasks in the Sky Lounge. During my travel on this trip, I stayed at 5 separate 5-star hotels and this was definitely the best service. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal -- and again with the best service. The selection was top notch providing needed almond milk (couldn't find at other 5-star stays on this trip) and even a delicious salad selections (not your average iceberg but prepared roasted beet with cashews!). Fresh crepes couldn't be beat either. Laundry service was prompt and above expectation. Also, front desk staff went above and beyond. We didn't love the strong scent of the room soaps, so after asking at the front, they seemingly went out and bought us an alternative high-end option. Bell-persons were kind, talkative and friendly. They were ready to help at mere eye contact. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise as well. So easy to just pop up for a drink and some music.

Our teacher was the delightful Anna and the table was layed out with all the ingredients we required. Anna took us through the steps on how to make the coffee. First the coffee which was filtered to perfection, and then whisking the egg yoke with the milk. Anna has wonderful knowledge and her explanation was so good I am now a barista 😁. Breakfast had a great selection lots of different options! Only improvement we could say is there could be a fan in the bathroom to extract the steam. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if we come back to Ho Chi Minh.

Room service was prompt, and they even tucked our child’s doll back into bed after making up the room, such a sweet touch! Ethan, one of the hosts, was exceptionally kind and attentive. The shower was fantastic, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We chose the king size and slept so well. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

She is very cheering and helpful to tourist like us (me and my friend) as she recommend some good massage places and spectacles shop which they provide tip top quality at cheaper price compared to other tourism area. She is really wonderful and deserve a compliment from me and my friend. Hope will see her again on next visit. I have read the other comments from other visitors that the room is small. I dont actually agree as this is a boutique hotel in asian country and it is consider big in term on boutique hotel. All the staff are friendly and they try their best to help us and several kind of device can be borrowed at the reception such as portable neck fan, power bank, umbrella and disposable rain coat. Agree that variety of breakfast is not as 4-Star / 5-Star hotel but they really put effort to serve visitors at their best especially the breakfast inclusive of vegan option. Complimentary afternoon tea which is really great for tourist who wish to take a short break and it is located at the top floor with good view. Gymnasium is available at first floor which is really excellent option for boutique hotel. Definitely will get this hotel for next visit!

The facility is excellent, located in a great area close to everything. The restaurant had the best meals! A variety from seafood, to steak, and Vietnami options. The room is a bit small (about 20-30 sq.m.), but its size is most probably due to the type/grade of room we got booked into (so this won’t be a criticism of the room sizes in general). Room facilities are good with a free mini bar (three cans of soda🙂) and the usual complementary tea, coffee and bottled water. The stand-out for us are: (1) the general proximity of the hotel to the main sights in the city; (2) the excellent daily spread of complementary afternoon tea (drinks and food) in their on-site restaurant on their rooftop on level 10; (3) their excellent breakfast buffet, offering Western and Asian/Vietnamese dishes;and (4) their very friendly and helpful staff at both their reception and in the restaurant. It was also heartening to be asked for feedback and whether there are any matters in our room or breakfast that need their attention daily — our guy (Ethan from reception) was friendly and engaging in soliciting our feedback. I wish I can name everyone that works here off the top of my head to truly give recognition. Kai is someone that was so wonderful to us. And also our cleaner Co Dao. EVERYONE here has made our stay so much better and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely a 5 star hotel in my book. The restaurant Bup has everything you need and more. The daily breakfast was something new all the time and the afternoon tea sessions were amazing. One of the smallest but truly appreciated free things they offer is a WiFi hotspot that you can carry with you and swap out when the battery is low. Great for international travelers wanting to save their data or save money on data. My parents are hard to please and they were truly thankful for everything this hotel had to offer.
