The valet took my car at the entry area and gave me a slip. Around the closure of the event, somebody from the valet team came and told me that my car was not starting and they have to relocate it. When I stepped out, one of the Valet guy told me that they had accidently bumped my car from the rear mud guard on the driver side! I gave them a scratch-less car and they were feeling sorry that they bumped and scratched it pretty well. Later I complained to the Manager on Duty and he promised to give me a call-back the next morning after discussing with the administration. I never received a call from them. This is pathetic and shows their non-professional attitude while being in the service industry. I'm sure they have equally irresponsible hotel services and amenities.
