Breakfast was wonderful — a buffet with a huge number of choices. We enjoyed local wines and free snacks in the beautiful bar/lounge and a steak dinner in Savoy. Service was good throughout the hotel. Giulio is an exceptional concierge — very knowledgeable, totally professional, eager to share his knowledge of the city. Fitness room is nice (the rowing machine and one of two treadmills were not working, but I was the only person in the fitness room the three days that I went there). Great location if you are boarding a cruise ship (the hotel is across the street from the cruise ship dock). Only negative: Old and stained carpet in our suite.
