The hotel is very quaint with excellent food..albeit it very boutique . I also enjoyed my Spa treatment with Ray. The location is excellent. There is a nice park adjacent and the next door Georgian house museum NO 2 pery square is well worth a visit.. unfortunately our small bedroom was not in the original part of the house . The twin beds were very very narrow and the pillows quite hard. However, the place was very clean. There is no parking available except street parking which is free at the weekend. We did not feel comfortable parking my sisters car in that area and justifiable so because we found it well scratched on the right rear door. We did not notice this till we arrived at the next vacation stop. However, it was a lovely luxurious experience and I hope to return with my husband by train from Galway.

Having attended a wonderful wedding at No 1 Pery Square we decided to revisit. It’s a quirky luxury boutique kinda feel when you enter into the pink and green interior festooned with everlasting floral arrangements, panelled walls and contemporary furniture. We settled in the bar with the groups of ladies on brunch and residents from the hotel getting ‘tucked in’ to the cocktail list. The friendly and sartorial team looked after us with aplomb. We were recommended and enjoyed a bottle of the pink Cremant €58 - very good value and delicious. Beetroot Gravlax with citrus, small cubes of cucumber jelly served with stout bread, tomato soup and home made fat chips… YUM - Who doesn’t like a ‘picky’ lunch with chips and bubbles? Demolished in no time! There is more substantial plates upon the menu and what looked like a delightful afternoon tea being served around us and quite possibly at some point we will be back to partake. A very nice afternoon was spent plus we dodged the rain… Total win win. Lovely

Traveling alone for the first time in 40 years it was a little daunting. But the Irish people I’ve met have been extremely friendly, courteous and helpful!! There was no better example of that when I checked in at the Hotel Savoy! I arrived a few hours before check in and the room was not ready of course. The front desk customer service person , Sarah, could not have been more helpful. She held my bag so I could go and explore Limerick while my room was being made ready. On my return Sarah on her own up graded me to a Suite at no additional cost. Due to the fact the room I had booked was still not ready. The Suite was lovely and extremely comfortable. Needless to say Sarah and the rest of the staff provided me with extreme comfort away from home. That I think is the true measure of customer service in the Service Industry!!!

I cannot praise the hotel enough for the wonderful time we had. From the time I phoned to make my initial enquiries about making a booking (Mathew went above and beyond to accommodate us) right through to the end of our stay, the hotel were excellent. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. We travelled with older family and younger family with different needs and the hotel were extremly helpful and accommodating with everything. Food in the restaurant was beautiful and again extremely accommodating for family with different dietary restrictions and needs. I have to mention that when I initially booked the hotel I had lots of questions as some if our party have allergies and health issues and the hotel were just excellent to deal with. Also I have to say this information was passed to the reception for when we checked in and then passed to the restaurant for when we booked our meal which I thought was a fantastic attention to detail and showed they really cared. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with excellent facilities and very clean. Hotel facilities also great, different places to eat, lovely pool for the kids and the Gardens are lovely also. Handy location for travelling into the town and sight seeing. We highly recommend a stay in this hotel and we will certainly be staying ourselves again. We had a fantastic break away. ☺️

It’s very centrally located. At walking distance you can find plenty of shopping and food joints. The bus station is close by and you can walk to it. The hotel offers a nicely laid out hot and cold breakfast with tea and variety of coffee options, juices, fruits and a variety of breads. If you don’t want housekeeping to wake you up at 8:30AM, make sure to put your do not disturb sign outside the door. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of pillows and a down comforter. There’s a safe for your important gadgets and passports etc, a small fridge, a coffee machine and a hot water electric pot for tea, 2 bottles of water and 2 small packets of biscuits with one biscuit in each packet, wrapped individually to dip in your tea- a sweet addition to the variety of teas. Bathrooms have a hand held shower in a glass shower enclosure and a soaking tub, one sink and plenty of shelves to keep your toiletry and make up items. Small bar soaps and liquid shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are all provided in big bottles that are fixed to the walls. Our bathroom had only two sets of towels and depleting tissue paper box. The tissues and toilet paper are rough to the skin, so if you’re used to soft ones, bring your own. The hotel has on site health center, sauna, heated pool and jacuzzi. It has a restaurant and room service. We have not ordered food as of yet from their restaurant so can’t comment on it. He made checking in very easy and straight forward and having our room ready before check in time which was very helpful for us. The twin room we had was quite small, especially the bathroom which had a small sink, toilet and shower in it. Unfortunately there was no air conditioning or ventilation system. Therefore the temperature in the room was very hot, especially after using the shower. The windows could only be tilted, so little fresh air could come in to the room. At night it was very warm. When i contacted staff regarding this issue, they suggested to use the small table fan in the room. The breakfast was chaotic due to a large group using the breakfast buffet. After this group left it was better. Overall is this hotel in a convenient location in town.

Stated off bad with a wrong price on the monies due being wrong. That was fixed with a phone call being made. Booked dinner for one night, food is good but in my view overpriced as per menu prices, thankfully we got a good deal on a 3 course meal. Overall, we would stay there again. However would be eating out somewhere else as it represents better value. The hotel has a lift to all floors, our shower was over the bath and had a grab rail - I have dodgy knees so felt it would have benefited from an extra rail at the end of the bath. Great position in the centre of Limerick walking distance to the river, castle and Hunt's Museum. Staff at the hotel were excellent and they went above and beyond to be helpful. We ate in the restaurant a number of times and found the food very tasty, plentiful and, we felt, good value. Although there is no on site parking, you can draw up at the front of the hotel to to book in although the road is very busy. The car park is very close and the deal offered by the hotel is excellent.

Rooms similar to cheap Premier Inn, clean and basic. Had a nice meal in the restaurant. Drinks service was abysmal. My shortest wait for a drink was 7 minutes, longest wait 18 minutes. Its situated in an awesome location and is very reasonable priced. There was a really secure car park in the lane behind the Hotel which was super convenient and reasonably priced with a discount voucher from Reception. Being tired after a drive we decided to eat Henry's Brasserie downstairs which we didn't regret. Not really a family room. Its a room with 6 beds, 2 sets of 3 bunks. For an overnight it was fine. For clarity. Room has 2 sets if triple bunks. Cosy and comfy, a round table and 3 seats. Thats it. Could also be grand for 6 lads. Apparently girls bring a ton of stuff so I was told it wouldnt be suitable for 6 ladies. Edit after spending the night. The 6 bed rooms are located behind reception. The reception itself seems to be anphitheather that enhances sound.. So if this isnt the noisiest hotel I've stayed in its really up there. The night staff for some reason thought it a good idea to hoover at 1am in the reception area. As this area is tiled there's alot of screeching noise from the rubber of the hoover. I couldnt recommend for these rooms anyway.

We were on the 3rd floor and if you look outside at dusk you'll see and hear hundreds of small birds flying from one tree to another. There is a door in front of the elevator and then once on our floor there were more doors to the hallway that our room was located in. 2nd , I don't know about other girls or ladies but I love it when I have some place to put my sundries, such as hair spray, shampoo, conditioner, makeup and brushes. This beautiful but small bathroom didn't have any place to put things we bring with us on vacation. My bag was on the floor the entire time. It was inconvenient. The shower was small and updated but there was no place to set my shampoo, conditioner, and razor. Our flight was cancelled so we had to leave a day early and we're grateful that our 2nd night was refunded. I'd definitely stay here again despite my complaints. The bed was wonderful, the night was quiet and the breakfast was really good. Lots of choices. And our waitress was sweet and talkative. We enjoyed our 13 days in Ireland.
