We are not the fussiest people so it was absolutely fine for us, and an ideal location for everything football related. The meeting point for the buses to the game was less than a 10 minute walk. This is the McKenzie beach location. In the opposite direction it is a 15 minute walk directly along the waterfront to the Meeting Pub which is where the football fans are encouraged to go. This is where the intercity buses leave from so nice and easy to get anywhere on the island. This hotel has more of a hostel feel about it, so for anyone thinking they are getting a hotel experience I would reframe your expectations. I didn’t mind my stay here at all, such a reasonable price so I didn’t feel ripped off at all. Cyprus is such a lovely place, that we spent very little time in the hotel. The Dons didn’t get beat and we had a great time exploring. Only stay here if you are happy with a hostel style experience, otherwise you will just hate it. We saw many people complaining at reception with what are probably very valid concerns. Staff weren’t really able to do anything to help and to be quite honest, they really didn’t look that bothered. If you are keen on being looked after, forget it. If you just need a place to sleep, it does the job. I imagine there are other similar budget places with a better experience.

Also they lie on every brochure that there’s a rooftop pool when in reality they pool was shut more than 5 years ago due to the building being unsafe. It needs a proper inspection and should be taken off every site on the internet. It wasn’t the cheapest hotel either so basically they just get away with ripping innocent people off so why not sort of speak. A total and utter disgrace of a hotel very third world vibes and unfriendly staff apart from one young guy who was very helpful and friendly

We reserved the superior room with partial sea view, the room was very spacious with a large bed and a good sized balcony. We also had the half board option which includes breakfast (a good sized buffet, the fresh orange juice from the machine is other worldly) and then a choice of lunch or dinner each day, which is really practical as you don't have to plan your day around meal times. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach, close bus stops that can take you around the city, to the airport or further away and it is a few meters away from the marina. The swimming pool is a good size and not very deep, which was great for us as it meant our 4 year old could touch the bottom and walk around in the pool. The service from the all the staff is 1st class, the cleaners, maids, reception staff and restaurant staff were fantastic (especially Thanos, Dimitra and Christina). It was a great stay and if we ever venture back to Larnaca, we would most definitely stay here again.

The bed was comfortable, I had a great nights sleep and the hotel smelt very nice throughout. The staff here are very friendly and allowed us to check in a little early after a long flight which was kind. This hotel is located approximately 10mins from the airport and it will cost you €20-25 for a taxi each way. You can walk to central Larnaca in 30mins or bikes are available outside the hotel cheaply and there is a path for bikes too. Towels for the beach are free from reception and as we had an early flight they even made us a breakfast box for takeaway which was nice. There is a car park out the back as well but there are limited spaces. Highly recommend staying here, everything was great all around I would come back!

To be really honest, I think it offers incredibly good value. They have a 24 hour front desk, so were there to greet me when I arrived at 1:30am, and also to say goodbye when I left at 4am. They honoured all my requests and my standard room was perfect featuring a comfortable bed, bath, well-functioning AC and a desk. It was quiet for sleeping, had perfectly good WiFi for working and was cleaned each day, with extra tea and coffee provided so I could work in the room. They also supplied an iron upon request. The pool is also perfect for a morning swim, and it’s a short walk to almost everything in Larnaca. I do think the quality of some of the breakfast items could improve (I didn’t eat the cooked breakfast options, but they, along with some of the cured meats, could probably do with a review). All-in-all though, the room rate was already fabulous even if breakfast hadn’t have been included, so wouldn’t worry too much about this and it would not deter me from staying again and recommending to all.

The waiter came over and the only thing he has asked if anything was broken, looked around on the floor which there was nothing as i managed to grab the glass before it had fallen on the floor, but didn't wiped down the spilt water from the table which it was dripping from it, or even clean the table from the fries that ended on it. He has just walked away. As a restaurant manager myself i found the customer service awful, unprofessional and unhelpful with no clue how to treat customers. Even when we were leaving and there were 4 people by the reception including what it seemed the manageress of the hotel we haven't been acknowledged. The worst customer service and I wouldn't be returning or recommend the place.

The buffet breakfast was good however during our stay they had a bad roof leak which was a little concerning as it was above the breakfast area. Our room looked new but was definitely old. We found cockroaches twice in the bathroom and the tiling had lots of black stuff around the bottom of it. We also had one bar of wifi only in our room and it kept cutting out. We had to go to the lobby to use wifi which was really frustrating. The location is about a 12min drive to larnaca so you will need a car if you stay here. The pool is a nice relaxing place and the beach foreshore was nice too. Overall it felt like an old building that was modernised but still had cracks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful but ultimately I was disappointed with some of the details and wouldn't stay again. The suite as a whole was much smaller (I measured it!) than in the listing. Breakfast was not available. The pool could be heated but it would take two days to warm up. You can get a bicycle but you have to wait a day for them to bring it from another location. There's no way to get netflix or other streaming services working on the TV.
