Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area and common space is really cool here. Pool is decent and the hot tub is nice too. The hotel is connected to the casino and next hotel over so that could be nice if you were staying for that. In the room, my TV remote didn't work except for a couple buttons. I asked the front desk for help and they gave me some ideas but the ideas didn't help. I didn't try anything else because I didn't think it was worth the hassle. The bathrooms don't have fans which does leave the room feeling a bit damp. Overall, not a bad place to stay but it definitely didn't blow me away. It's location is really easy to get to and from the interstate which was good and parking despite having a pretty busy area was not a problem.

How does housekeeping miss such a thing? I believe others have posted a similar experience so the motel must have a dated plumbing issue. Requested a new room but my new room was stifling hot and the AC never caught up to the hot temperature all night long. So very little sleep for work which really was disappointing. The area doesn't seem like the best area safety wise. However its very close to everything one could need. The staff was very pleasant. The building could use some updates and a good cleaning. It looks like there was a flood at some point, most baseboards and bottoms of doors I saw were damaged. Lots of over paint and caulking. I booked a reservation for the College World Series back in July 2024 (11 months in advance) and got a great rate using my corporate discount. Just three days before I was supposed to leave, the hotel told me they would no longer honor the rate I booked "due to a special event in the area". They bumped me to a new rate based on current demand of over $1,000 more for the 3 night stay. I tried to reach out to the property but they would not talk to me on the phone, and the GM (Shannon) refused to work with me towards a more appropriate solution over email. She even tried to say the corporate rate wasn't valid for personal travel, even though it's clearly permissible in our company policy. If there was a mistake in their system, they had almost year to let me know. At the very least they could have offered me some sort of compromise, since they waited to notify me until there were no longer any reasonable accommodation options available. I have been going with my dad to the College World Series since 1997 and in nearly 30 years of our Father / Son tradition in Omaha have only encountered the nicest people who are salt of the earth. There are plenty of places we've stayed run by people who are honest and helpful, but unfortunately that is not the case here. Be forewarned who you are dealing with and if you score a deal that seems to be good to be true it likely is.

The location is close to the highway with a theater and go karts within walking distance. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful with information about restaurant options in the area. Our room was on the third floor and very quiet and clean with a microwave and fridge and plenty of floor space for me to do stretches for my back. The AC worked great and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was perfect for us. We thought the bed was so comfortable and my husband so much so that he didn't want to get out of it lol. We also had the front desk lady trying to tell me we didn't pay for breakfast and we were not told what that included and she could clearly see in front of her the price we paid with breakfast included. Also why was there a 100.00 discrepancy in the price i was quoted and charged, she tells me it will drop off well it has not. also the bedding needs to be replaced especially pillow cases they are very worn, and housekeeping is the bare minimum barely made the bed and needs improvement. The Hotel is decent enough but needs improvement in a lot of areas. The Bistro women is the only one who seems to know whats going on and the only one who greeted you. Probably would choose elsewhere to stay again, nothing was the price stated.

Bed is super comfortable and gets really dark at night with the curtains closed. I did end up getting my room before the hour mark, and I am very thankful for that. But what is the point of asking when I am going to be coming to the hotel if you can't honor that time? Once I got into the room, I noticed several things. Firstly, the bed is comfortable. Very comfortable, as are the pillows. However, despite being told this room was "ready", there were no trash bags in the trashcans, nor was there any hand soap to wash my hands with at the sink. I had to improvise and use the body wash in the shower to wash my hands after going to the restroom. When I took a shower, it took about 40 minutes to do so because the water pressure in the shower was about the same as a sink faucet on low. I tried adjusting the setting on the shower head, nothing. I tried turning the water temperature up and down to see if it would improve, nothing. We were given a room right next to the elevator and it was awful. Right when we walked in the room had a musty smell. Mistakes were made, but ultimately you pay for what you get. Couple things to note; booked two queen beds however they seemed to be full size, not queen. Upon entering, we went to open the ac/fan control panel and saw small bugs scatter. They look to be living in the ac/fan unit. Sheets had small hairs on them. Pillow cases and blankets had stains or remnants of stains. I called and asked for two new pillow cases, which I did get but was told to go to the front desk to grab. Towels also are small and look to have stains on them. Shower pressure was good, water was hot. This is where it turns worse, woke up and noticed my dog with puffy eyes. Not sure if it was allergic reaction or chemicals that are used in the room. Nonetheless, beware if traveling with pets. Parking lot also had broken beer glass in certain sections, litter, etc. this place is NOT clean or updated. I wish we would have paid extra to stay somewhere more comfortable. Then was we reached our last room that had a semi cool fridge, (still no microwave btw), a toilet that worked without soaking the entire floor, came with a t.v that wouldn't even turn on. Also on a more important note we had woken up to find our door unlocked and propped open as if someone had entered the room while we were sleeping accompanied with the countless times they walked into our room without us there or without any sort of our acknowledgment prior to doing so... On a more positive note (kinda) we never came across any bedbugs or roaches. the younger male front desk attendant was pretty cool. However thier "30 minute maximum allowed for guests, (whose presence must be known to the front desk prior to guest arrival btw)" is absolutely horrendous policy. Not once did I see them attend to the cleanliness of back stairwell nor service the pool.

Our room and the common areas in the hotel were very clean. Breakfast was your typical choice hotel breakfast that they all serve. The biscuits and gravy is always my favorite. Website said queens but I bet they were doubles. Sheets and pillows great like every Hampton but the mattress was awful, beds creaked like they were about to collapse and woke us up all night. There were shorter sheers over the unit but the drapes themselves wouldn't cover that gap forcing us to change in the bathroom only for privacy. Ick. The breakfast was good and most things kept stocked consistently. The pool was enjoyed. The rest of the hotel was well maintained by appearances. This location is in the same complex as a large casino and they have a parking lot security robot named Chuck who always seemed to be behind me when I was backing out.

We were given a room with two queens as requested, but no walk-in shower. She offered a rollaway bed, but I was not going to ask my spouse with a bad back she just had a procedure done to sleep on it. Maybe have the people who own them move them to a less noticeable area on the property. The rooms have no carpet just laminate flooring that was a little iffy to walk on barefoot. Maybe offer some cheap room slippers.And look into using a steam mop to clean the floors. The room itself had an odor. Perhaps look into some air-freshners. The bed was comfortable but the bedding smelled like a dog. The pillows should be washed or new ones as they were stained and smelly.The rooms have a regular size fridge, a stove top and microwave. You need to bring your own silverware, plates and cookware.The bathroom was a decent size and the shower had good water pressure. There was some maintenance in the bathroom that could use some repairs It looked like the ceiling in the tub had some water damage and the ceiling fan was filled with dust. I DID NOT SEE ANY BUGS of ANY kind!!! The lady who checked us in was mopping the floors and cleaning. Overall for the price we paid to stay we will come again.

Parking was limited and there was a chemical type smell in the room that was unpleasant. The woman also said that all visitors must be checked in. If I had visitors they would be family. First of all I would never invite there because who wants their grandbabies in a big infested environment, not me. 2nd of all why do visitors need to register at the desk it felt like perhaps America's most wanted suspects come in and out. I don't think who I speak with is there business. Who asks there guests to check in at a room they aren't staying in. I was going to stay a week until I saw bugs that did it for me. Minus the bugs the bogus policy and the smell they MIGHT b alright. I wouldn't recommend to anyone I love. I used to clean hotel rooms and leaving someone's pubic hair on the toilet or in the tub was a no no. Times have certainly changed. Could not bring myself to get under those covers and was hoping I didn't take any of their little cockroach friends with me. Please do better that is a sanitary issue and I would close my doors until I corrected that. Seems like a on going issue for quite some time. No bueno.

At around 3 a.m., after hours of trying (and failing) to sleep, I went to the front desk to complain, only to find no one there. I had to call for the overnight attendant. When she finally came out, she told me there was nothing she could do about the noise and to speak to management in the morning. I told her the woman causing all the disruption claimed she was the manager. That’s when she told me the truth: Kayla is not the manager, just a guest attendant who lives there, makes up whatever she wants, and tells people complaining that she’s in charge so she doesn’t have to deal with the consequences. When I tried speaking to Kayla directly, she was extremely rude, unapologetic, and literally told me that if I didn’t like my accommodations, I could leave without a refund. The audacity! Initially walked in and was told after I paid they couldn’t find my reservation and I’d have to come reacticate my key once a day. Which whatever not a big deal. Upon walking into my room I set my one bag down and was immediately hit with a strong odor. The only way I can describe the smell was just dirty. when I went to the bathroom. I found a cockroach crawling on the wall. I killed it and shook it off, but I know that when there is one there are MANY. So I left to go outside and go grab some groceries for my stay. When I came back I pulled back the bed sheet and found 2 more. I killed them and went down to the front desk to complain in hopes to get moved to another room. I was told by the overnight attendant that there was absolutely nothing she could do,, she said she could not move my room nor could she refund my stay. All I knew was I would not stay in that room. I went back up stairs and started tearing the covers back and shaking out all the blankets. The moment I pulled the pillow case off one of the pillows I was completely disgusted when I found a bed bug. I took the whole pillow case down there and showed the overnight attendant. She agreed that it was gross but still insisted there was nothing she could do and that I’d have to wait until 9am if I wanted anything done ab it. But I was not about to stay in a room crawling w roaches and bed bugs. I am not one to cause a scene so I agreed to receive a phone call in the AM ab my refund, grabbed my one bag and left. I did leave my milk and other groceries in the fridge until I had found another place to stay and move everything. When I came back the next morning the GM was very very rude and insistent that bc I left my groceries in the fridge overnight I was not entitled to a refund, though I did not stay overnight once. I was accused of planting the bed bugs and roaches, and also told maintenance had been to my room and found nothing… but when I came to get my groceries, not a single thing was moved and or touched from how I left it. They still were insistent that this is the first they have heard about roaches or bed bugs and I was lying. When I told them I would not be leaving without a refund,, bc of the conditions and the fact I paid for a week and stayed 2 hours. I was told they would call the police if I didn’t leave the premises. After I left the hotel, I immediately came to look at the reviews only to find out almost every single one has had the same experience… roaches, bedbugs, strong odor, rude employees and complete disregard for the happiness of there guests. Also the employees reaked like weed and moved incredibly slow at check in and completely incompetent when it came to her job. I’m all for smoking weed but if you can’t function high don’t smoke at work!!! Ur wasting my time. PLEASE READ ALL REVIEWS, do not stay here, unless u wanna take home bedbugs and roaches.

Conveniently situated just a short drive from Charles Schwab Field, it made our trip incredibly easy. While the area may present an industrial vibe, it surprises with an array of fantastic amenities, including diverse restaurants, exciting indoor karting, and a movie theater. We really appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, which even included full-size refrigerators—a thoughtful touch! The pool area was a refreshing retreat after a day of excitement, and we were thrilled to find that the hotel consistently serves delicious, fresh coffee to kickstart our mornings. Additionally, the on-site store offers a great selection of reasonably priced items, and the guest laundry facilities are spacious, with plenty of machines, making laundry a breeze at just $3.00 for both washing and drying. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Their friendliness and knowledge greatly enhanced our experience! This hotel is disgusting & if you are not planning on living here I would not stay here. First, the outlet in our bathroom didn’t work at all during our stay, which made basic things like using a hairdryer or electric toothbrush impossible. Also, you are promised an ice machine in the freezer, when I called to ask how to turn it on I was told “yea some of the rooms just have broken parts so yours probably doesn’t work”. On top of that, there was dog poop sitting on the stairs the entire time we were there — completely unacceptable and shows a clear lack of cleanliness and care for the property. Despite staying multiple days, we never once received room service. No one came to clean the room, make the beds, or even drop off fresh towels. When we brought this up at checkout, we were told it was our responsibility to know that housekeeping only comes every four days — something no one ever mentioned at check-in. That kind of information should be communicated clearly, not used as an excuse after the fact. It’s not like you’ve booked the 4 seasons but they all are very personable and caring. The entire facility is a bit older but there aren’t any weird smells or mold and things aren’t falling apart. It’s not super noisy so it’s easy enough to get some unbothered sleep. Having said that, they do allow animals so that may occasionally not be true. They provide a breakfast each day. Our family eats plant based so having diary free milk, hash browns, etc. would have made for more choices for folks like us. There were some instant oatmeal options though. Internet worked the entire time. The air conditioning turned off a few times and not sure why. Could have been from the storm. Hot water was good in the rooms the whole time. All equipment worked.
