不错的位置。可以方便去Q1的77楼早餐看海景。比较方便早上前台提前预约并付款，比门口排队付款方便一些。

设施稍微有些陈旧了，不过海景房非常棒，无敌海景，地方宽敞，地理位置方便。楼下两家餐厅都不错。自助早餐也很不错。

这是第三次住这了，这次真的很失望！三房的apartment, 房间电话坏了，最离谱的是只有主人房有吹风机（不能移动），其他厕所没有吹风机，所有人只能去主人房去用，太不方便了！下次不会再入住。Stayed here for the third time but this time had the worst experience. 四部电梯同时坏了，没什么应急措施，我们要从15楼到40楼爬上爬下，房间设施老旧，有异味，房门漏风声音很大，WiFi很慢基本没法用，这我住过的最糟糕的酒店。唯一好处就是风景不错。

房间特别小，booking和携程上的图片和房间完全不符，换房间就得等，等多久未知。工作人员态度也差，员工很不专业全部在聊天，让客人自己去房间和大厅找行李。不敢想象Hilton在gold coast已经摆烂成这样了………🙄🙄🙄 这样下去干脆别开了……

位置很好，其他很一般。酒店比较旧，房间的被套什么的颜色也已经很复古了，但这都能理解。最神奇的是第一晚要睡觉时，打开被发现床单居然不够长，床垫下边都盖不上，就有点恶心了。。虽说从来没对希尔顿有什么过高的期待，但是这再次拉低了我的底线和对5星酒店的认知。 premium wifi几乎没有网速，泳池的水超冷而且和浑浊，executive lounge也貌似永远不开的节奏，前台小哥都整不明白，就说5pm-7pm肯定开，但是那是吃饭时间，谁会去lounge呢。。 窗户隔音还算可以，但是房间门没有阻尼，也零隔音，基本上就是刚要睡，走廊一声巨响，然后继续挣扎。。 这么大的酒店，周末前台貌似就2人值班，check in都费老劲了。。

管理混乱， 房间非常旧，客厅的拉门只有个缝隙可以通向阳台. 布局非常差. 唯一的优点是位置好.再也不会来了.

住的是apartment，很新，适合自己做饭，能看到海景，但被前面的酒店挡住了中间的视线，考虑到300一晚的价格，还算可以。

这次在The star 住了三晚，近距离感受它的便利和舒适，酒店房间相当温馨，餐饮丰富，中西餐有很多选择，难得的是停车是免费的。

星期日早上三點多大廳人很多，都是來賭場玩的人，用早餐時看見窗外游泳池一隻約1公尺的蜥蜴橫游過泳池，澳洲生態真的很棒

The waiting area sofas had marks on them, I was worried to sit on some areas of the cushions. I went through straight away which was nice and the therapist was polite and friendly. Great for both the big kids and the littlies The family studio cabin was incredibly welcoming upon arrival. It's beautifully styled and seemed almost brand new. The bedding configuration was a bit strange however. The bunks are located next to the door and on the event you use the trundle you would be unable to use the door unless you're climbing over/on top of whoever is asleep on it as it pulls out across the access. There are multiple playgrounds with a specific toddler dedicated one which was great. The water park was closed for maintenance which was a little disappointing. However, there were many other water play options such as the 3 different pools you can choose from. I would have liked there to be information easily found for things like the pedal go karts, mini golf etc as there is nothing in the welcome check in brochure or near the activity themselves that explains if they cost money , how long you can use them etc. All in all the NRMA treasure island resort was well worth the visit. We got a studio room (room 9) and our expectations were exceeded. For the cheapest accommodation offered, we were pleasantly surprised. The team were warm, professional and made me feel genuinely welcome from check in all the way through to my departure. The on site gym is a great bonus for keeping active during stays, however I never utilised this myself. More just something to be aware of for future guests. One note worth mentioning: My dining experience at La Porchetta with other guests staying at same resort was disappointing and didn’t reflect the high standards of the resort itself. While this technically isn’t a direct reflection on the resort, it could influence the perception of the overall stay. In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Phoenician and would happily return. A great choice for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and top tier amenities.

Telling me that she will not refund me when I never asked for a refund of the treatment I wanted a refund of the $55 extra not spent on my gift voucher as I would never attend the clinic again. She kept speaking over me, no empathy or apologies at all. This is not something the property can control but worth noting. A small but usable gym has everything you need and the apartments come with all cooking utensils you need. I would suggest they include some kind of oil for cooking, I was starting 3 nights and it is not worth buying a full bottle of oil but I definitely needed it! It is a short walk to the beach, restaurants and a 20min walk over the bridge to a week stocked woolworths (avoid the overpriced IGA nearby). All in all I had a great stay, i was able to organise a late check out but they allow you to use a visitors pass so you can use the pool and facilities (including showers) until you need to leave. I'll be back!
