Our beach villa was absolutely stunning waking up to views of the ocean from our room was just magical. The property itself is breathtaking, with so much space and beautiful wildlife all around, making it feel both private and special. The pool areas were fantastic, especially the adults only pool which had such a cool, chilled out vibe (though it did get busy, which just added to the atmosphere). The swim-up bar was a highlight the food there was top-notch! The buffet breakfast was another standout. We loved the variety and the thoughtful touch of bite sized pastries, which meant no waste and the chance to try everything. The spa experience was truly divine beautifully designed, calming, and incredibly relaxing. The only downside for us was the food at Azure Restaurant. For the price point, it felt pretty average compared to everything else at the resort. Overall though, our stay was unforgettable. Elements is such a unique place that balances luxury with nature, and we can’t wait to come back next time with the kids to enjoy it all over again

We had a wonderful week and the food, drink drinks, and rooms were all excellent. The staff are always very happy and will drive you around in carts Although the walks are also lovely. I think it’s a great place for families with young kids, but we also had teenagers with us and they seemed pretty happy too. The kitchenettes are reasonable, although there’s no Oven, so I think if I came again, I would collect more food and cater back at the villa a bit more. It’s also easy to get into Byron Bay Centre via the solar train during the day or Uber. That makes this a great location I think for staying in Byron Bay. We did yoga a couple of times. It’s in a great location looking straight at the ocean and watching the sunrise. We saw whales and dolphins from this location. The only thing would be for any regular yoga people, it’s a pretty basic and relaxing style with not a lot of heavy work.

Whenever you need a space to escape, restore and nourish the mind, body and soul, this is the place for you. Immersed in the rainforest and you can hear the waves of the ocean in the background and the sounds of nature as you wake in the morning and see the sunrise. A big shout out to Hugh, who goes above and beyond the lead an incredible team who are clearly devoted to exceptional customer service and delivering the best experiences for guests. I received a complimentary upgrade and a special welcome gift - the kinds of touches that matter, and that will make me a repeat guest for many years to come. The suites are lovely, and the resort pool is the best you will find. The rainforest setting is also unique and a real point of difference - you get to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the town centre in the day and then retreat to your sanctuary in the afternoon for a cocktail by the pool with a book and the option of cooking your own food too if you like with a fully self contained kitchen. Otherwise Forest does exquisite locally focused food with talented and innovative chefs. Thank you for a wonderful stay - just what I needed and I appreciate you all. When entering the room there was a strong musty/mouldy smell (could be just this room or ones of lower levels??). Once opening up the front and rear doors to get some airflow it was ok. If we were staying any longer we would have asked to move. The main grounds were very nice and well kept. The included breakfast in the restaurant was very good even though there was a long wait to be seated and then for the food to arrive. We would consider staying again if in the area but only if we could get it for a better price as we feel it was expensive for the quality of the room. On a positive note, the staff were amazing and could not fault their services during our interactions.

The rooms are…fine…when you don’t look too closely, at the fixtures and fittings not fitting properly, occasionally a cobweb…panels on the shower walls looking like out of dorm room, not a purported luxury hotel. Room was old, broken, unloved and no attention to anything. This included broken shower head, tiles missing, holes in wooden floors that were mould hidden by trip mat. Very disappointed but can’t complain about service as there was none! Wished we hadn’t booked this place the minute we walked in as it’s nothing other than the seclusion to offer. The night cost nearly $2000 with breakfast included. Having recently been to Qualia (their birthday gift to me) on Hamilton Island for about the same cost, I was expecting great things. We chose to relax and recover from an extremely busy working year at this amazing retreat and were not disappointed. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time staying here. We stayed for five nights & were deeply impressed with how nice, peaceful & relaxing these villas are. Location is great too not far from the main hub. We often walked to the shops & eateries in the centre of the town as it was a comfortable walk there. The villas have everything you need to make your stay comfortable so just bring your suitcase. The toiletries supplied are of my favourite brand. The pre & post check in service was great too. Some may think the price is too high but remember you are getting good value for money. Surrounding the main building are a campsite, glamping tents, volleyball court and a pond/water feature. Wildlife come and go through the grounds, which is pretty special! There is also a luggage storage area and coffee shop on-site. We were staying in the glamping section (the ‘island’), which was a little basic and a bit cold in September (the tent has ventilation/windows which can’t be shut). Due to the climate, the tent walls were also slightly mouldy. It would have be useful to have some shelves for storing items during our stay. Although the site Wi-Fi reaches out even to the tents, which was great! N.B there is a pub/music venue nearby so music is playing loudly throughout the venue until about midnight on some nights. The walk back at night is also quiet dark (there are no street lights), so if you are alone you may want to take a short Uber ride back. In meiner Zeit dort habe ich mich wirklich rundum wohl gefühlt, für mich war es die Mischung aus gemütlicher Rummeligkeit und trotzdem Sauberkeit (Küche und Bad waren wirklich durchgehend sauber!) und das Team war wirklich hilfsbereit, nahbar und hat alles super passend gemacht!! :)) Ich freue mich bestimmt nochmal wiederzukommen🌴⛺️🔆

The staff were lovely and very friendly so was nice to see a happy face after 12 hours of travelling. The noise is so loud! I have no idea why they are blasting music continuously from 7am until midnight it would really be good if we either had a break in the middle or a later start with the music.. unfortunately not everyone appreciates the loud music all day. We did have 2 days of quiet (it was lovely) then the music started again. Personally I think it ruins the peaceful atmosphere. As someone who is autistic i find loud music continuously overwhelming and there was literally nowhere to get away from it as you can hear it 2 streets away. The bathrooms and rooms where very clean and tidy so that's a positive. The kitchen could do with daily cleaning as it was very unclean. Overall I dont think the hostel is worth the money we spent at all... I unfortunately won't reccomend to anyone I know.

A short drive from Brissy, we found our way to Easy on Byron. Our emailed instructions told us where to find our private parking spot and how to access our penthouse. The grounds are a bit dated, however, our unit was really nice. The 3 Bed/ 2 Bath apartment featured an expensive living room and a huge kitchen with a large prep table and dining table. The unit also had a large outdoor covered deck with a built-in grill and sink. It provided a wonderful option for preparing the surf & turf meal that we had one evening. The pool and other facilities are average, but the beach is literally across the street, so who really cares about the pool? This was an excellent stay for our family and a location that you should give a try. FYI, parties are not allowed in the units. Fines are levied for different infringements, so read up on what is allowed.

Location is very central and nearby everything you need to have a nice time in Byron. The only thing I have to mention is that the hostel is very expensive in comparison to others. Also the washing machines are not free, you have to pay for washing and also drying as theres no space to hang your clothes.

Check-in was easy, the property is so beautiful. Our room was clean & comfortable, bed made each day with fresh towels and room cleaned. Only 6 minutes to the main centre it is the perfect sanctuary away for rejuvenation, stillness and quiet. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. Right from our arrival Marcella was kind and welcoming. If we needed anything she was always there ready to help. Even the grounds keeper was lovely and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The grounds are so beautiful. We loved the 2 huts to relax and read, the main quarters are available for guests to use which was perfect to enjoy the sunset whilst reading. The pool was nice and fresh!! My husband and I travelled from QLD for our anniversary and arrived late, we had a simple check-in process with collecting the key. Checking out was just as simple. We loved our room and the bed was amazing. Unfortunately my husband was sick with a tummy bug on our 2nd day so we missed out on 24 hours of food and exploring but we still had an amazing time and the bed was comfortable for him to rest and get better. I loved the crystals all through the property and the outdoor spas were great to enjoy the sunset over the mountains. We enjoyed the extra little services like making the bed and changing the towels. Whilst we completely understand that management has absolutely NO control over the weather, they could have let us know that the steps down to the beach had been washed away. The first night we stayed, the smoke detector went off in another cottage around 11pm and went for some time. We had to call someone to come and switch it off. We were given a bottle of bubbly & block of chocolate for the inconvenience of being woken the previous night. We asked for a bath mat which was missing from one of the rooms, which we were told we would get, and we did not. The second night we were there, our TV screen stopped working. We messaged management the next morning and were advised someone would be around to have a look at it later that day. No one showed, so we went two nights without a TV in the lounge room. The cottage smelled damp and the cupboards and drawers smelled of mildew and mould. The bedrooms have several windows that don't have coverings, so the rooms get light early. Overall, the cottage could do with some love - new furniture, new fittings, etc - it was all rather tired and smelly. On the last night when using the sauna, the lights stopped working. We didn't even bother notifying management given our previous experience. The chlorine in our spa was so strong, I ended up with a rash on my back. Considering the amount of money we spent to stay in this facility, we definitely felt ripped off and taken advantage of. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Shambhala location is fabulous, right on the beach and less than 5mins from the town. The cottage was very warm and inviting.. lot's of natural light and everything you could possibly need. The staff are friendly and helpful.. and completely leave you alone to just chill and enjoy the space. All the cottage's have their own private spa and the grounds are well maintained with timber walk ways leading you from your bungalow to the beach. I will definitely be back. Room was nice, bed comfy, good size. TV only had free to air which was awful. Check in and ease of access is great. The staff took a photo of my licence and credit card which leaves me extremely uncomfortable. The location in Byron itself is good but this is where it goes bad. Laying awake most of the night whilst people sit outside near the pool playing music until 3am - no consideration for those actually trying to sleep. Wake up early to construction next door and the smashing and banging of concrete and diggers. 7AM people are in the pool right outside my window making more noise than 7AM allows. After an awful no sleep night, this is shattering. I understand this is out of the owners control, but measures need to be taken and I'd not have stayed knowing construction was next door. The makings of an otherwise decent venue that is ruined by bad people and poor disclosures. Would stay here again if all these issues were fixed.

The photos were amazing but it was even more beautiful and stylish in reality. The suite was everything we needed with a huge bathroom and the most gorgeous deck with a great pool view which we somehow had all to ourselves. Shelly was so attentive and the fabulous Top Shop is 2 minutes away. Loved absolutely everything! Thankyou 🙂

I go back to my room to meet a lady there. From there the experience was made uncomfortable for my wife and 15month old daughter to say the least. I Do not recommend to to anyone to stay here! Having the owners on the opposite side of the wall, it felt like we were living in the owners spare room with no privacy or freedom. She would constantly private message us or be at our front door if there was an issue! Not to say this was all over the space of 3 hrs from unpacking. That night we were pressured to leave by her intimidating threats and comments. I hope noone ever has to go through what we experienced. Save the anxiety and stress and look elsewhere, I promise you, it's not worth it!

This property advertises as accommodation for a family holiday but unfortunately the owner has failed to note that children are not allowed & if your child is to make any noise or crys in the night you will be asked to leave immediately. The owner was unwelcoming, made us feel uncomfortable and it was unbelievable that anyone would threaten and treat their guests this way and expect them to leave at 8pm at night with a 15 month old & find other accommodation, with no refund! If you don't allow children then clearly advertise your property as adults only. The only option we had in this situation was to swap accommodation with our family and the owner didn't care.
