The school is state of the art with a station for every student and absolutely everything you need equipment wise. It includes a very effective lecture/demo area, work area, and dining area. The weather was awful, but the welcome was very warm and friendly. We arranged a cookery class as our Christmas outing. We were a mixed bunch, with varying cookery experience, but Guiseppe made it fun for all of us. A single lady who had a fascinating life , a young couple, 4 young ladies who were former flat mates getting together and my wife and I a 50s & 60s mix. The group mixed well. It's Ireland so some had unknown friends in common. It worked well. The food was plentiful and tasty. There was three levels of 🌶️ chilies heat on the table and you assembled your tacos to your own preference. I tried items like cactus 🌵 which I would never have tried otherwise and I liked it. Lilly and her friend cooked all the food fresh at the top of the room and explained what is was and it's origins. Lilly has her own recipe book and all genuine mexican ingredients are available to buy in the shop. It's BYOB if you want to drink. Lilly is opening a new restaurant in Cork Street during the Summer 🌞 which will have more space. I look forward to visiting it. A lovely enjoyable evening with a group of very nice people.

We learned to make Pizza from scratch along with a side of garlic bread.
